Exceptional”
great location with free shuttle bus to warner bros, ferrari world etc. rooms are big and clean. Thankful for the upgrade that was given to us, we got two interconnecting rooms with a big living room in the middle. we had an enjoyable stay. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with a variety. the hot chocolate was the best! we had a late flight out of abu dhabi and had to check out of our room but we were able to take a shower at the hotel's shower area and relaxed at the poolside while waiting for our transfer to the airport. We would definitely stay again.

It was my first time to stay in Yas Island, the hotel located on a very ideal location, from this location you can get transport very easily including Yas Express Shuttle Service which will take you to all the attractions Yas Island has to offer and this shuttle if FOC and runs from 10 AM to 10 PM. The hotel offers discounted tickets to adventurous places in Yas Island. The hotel is very clean, staff is very cooperative and supportive. Specially Mr. Arsalan at Concierge Desk. I had a King Bed Room, it had a balcony as well as a very good working table where you can easily do your official work. Overall a wonderful experience.

Hotel Staff really cares”
The hotel itself is a bit dated- but the staff more than makes up for it. Abu Bakr at reception was super kind, welcoming and very helpful and gave us great advice abt the property facilities. The bellman, valet and also housekeeping staff were all fabulous and made sure we were comfortable. We had dinner at Choices and the staff there really was attentive without being over bearing. I loved how close this hotel was to the Etihad Arena, we walked over in abt 12 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this hotel. Reception staff Honey was very helpful and efficient. We got a free upgrade to a family room that’s interconnecting with a living room in between. It’s so convenient for our family of 5 adults. The room was very clean, breakfast was great with a wide selection and tasty too. We were able to use the shower even after checking out of our room.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel management and staff for their incredible hospitality and services. This was our first time at Yas Island Rotana and we had a fabulous time. There were no issues or problems. Everyone was always accommodating and patient: Reception, concierge, room cleaning services, room service always doing their best to make us happy, and the life guards at the swimming area. We were able to rest, relax and use the shuttle (pickup at exact times given) to go places whenever we wanted to. Thank you for making our stay convenient, easy and relaxed. Excellent layover choice”
We transited Abu Dhabi with a 12 hour layover. Customs and immigration was quick, and the hotel was about a 15 minute taxi ride away. We were quickly showered and resting in our comfortable room. The bedding was very nice, and the room overall was quite nice and modern. The staff was excellent and very professional. Our only regret was not getting to spend more time in this beautiful country.

This hotel goes to nearby the top of my list. The service and room felt like a 5-star, but the prices were really affordable! The buffet spread was decent too. Location-wise, there were Yas Island shuttle buses that will take us around Yas Island and readily-available taxis. The whole experience was simply unforgettable

Spacious room and toilet, very clean, excellent room service, hygienic , strictly following covid 19 restriction and security, very safe, staff very friendly and welcoming , excellent facilities with all essential needed services available , great restaurants services with excellent and quality food, I liked the pools, I’m very happy for value for money. Booked the night of New year, enjoyed dinner with husband and kids white listening to the band music, watched the fireworks and had a great night, at the morning kids enjoyed the play area which is very nice and convenient after that they had fun splashing water at the warm swimming pool. We had a wonderful time with family and friends during our 1 night stay with the hotel. We booked an interconnecting rooms but once we reached the hotel, they said it was not available. So we were.able to speak with Mr Khaleed and graciously offered an upgraded 2 bedroom Suite. An experience we never had before with any of the.hotels in UAE. A warm thank you to Mr Khaleed for giving us a very unforgettable experience for the stay same goes to all staff who were there to accomodate our requests. Located in Yas Plaza where other hotels on the island are. They take cleaning the rooms priority and Just by the bus stop for the free bus rides within the Island.
