From start to end it was a hassle free experience. Some concerns I had was resolved within a jiff by the team at desk. The rooms are quite worth for the amount you’re paying. The pool is astonishingly big with nice sit by the pool locations. The gaming room and spa were upto the mark. All in all, just loved the experience and would visit again soon😍

I had the most pleasant stay at Waterstones hotel. Everything was perfect, right from the warm welcome by the Security at the entrance, the sanitisation facilities, the support from Staff at reception, helpful housekeeping, all of it made us feel safe. The rooms are spacious and are themed which makes it even more beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and they had a lot of options available. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Beautiful Surprise in Mumbai City!”
Waterstone was a chance find on Agoda. IT turned out to be much more than expected. Room size is amazing. The decor is different. I was on the Ocean theme floor and the room was decorated to match the theme. Cozy yet elegant. The food is delicious and staff is very courteous. The hotel has a complete Entertainment club attached to it and that place made me feel I should be living in Mumbai. Go for it blindfolded!!

We were group of 3 gals and extremely enjoyed our stay with Waterstone .Club facility is super entertaining you just do not need to go out side and fine something to spend a time on . You can just relax at boutique rooms and have fun time at Waterstone club . Highly recommended if you are accompanied with family ,kids .

It was my kids birthday celebration... the Hotel is a great place to stay, very nice location and amenities are great. Little miss on the surprise side but later was managed by the staff. overall it was a great stay and experience. the restaurant and Facility staff was very nice and co-operative.

I enjoyed my bdae at waterstone hotel and would also like to thank agoda for clearing out the issue at check in at earliest out of 10 i would recommend 10 to go for waterstone beautiful location for every occation i enjoyed games and movie and also its budget ful if you go in group even though pool waa not allowed due to restriction it was pleasure to see such clean water i would definately kike to go after lockdown to explore the pool 🥰🥰😍😍which i missed this time Thanks waterstones for wonderful location and thanks agoda for smotthless booking 😍👍👍
