good for two but no extra bed even if it said good for two adult and to kids”

I like the swimming pool and the small GYM the location is OK the parking is outside and they cod arrange for the parking THE APARTMENT IS GOOD FOR TWO ONLY AND THERE IS NO SOFA BED, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA BED The workers are nice The room as well is nice لايوجد شطاف للحمام و يجب عليك بعد قضاء حاجتك ان تنتقل الى كرسي فرنجي اخر للغسيل. نحن لم نتعود على ذالك

Amazing hotel with bad location ”

The hotel was great. The room had everything needed, clean, staff were friendly and fast. Only negative is the location, due to constructions happening around the hotel it is very hard to get there. But I would still come back and would recommend to friends and family.

Decent Serviced apartment”

Overall the apartment was fine. Refrigerator was a bit small, but doable for a few days stay. It took upwards of 20-25 minutes to get hot water to the 6th floor. A bit on the high side for such an old place. Bed was uncomfortable. Television was ridiculously small. Entry door would not open or close smoothly due to the flooring being uneven. Washing machine operation was unintelligible. Had to just guess and pray. Just not customer friendly, but cookie cutter example of most places in UAE.

Valet parking”

My experience with valet parking was not good at all. I got parking ticket of AED375 on my arrival due to hotel valet negligence and the hotel management wants me to share the payment in 54% to 46%. I ended up paying the full amount of the parking fine! The hotel has no parking of their own, guest cars are parked any and everywhere around the neighborhood. My vehicle is delivered to me very dusty with new scratches almost daily! I complained about the scratches a couple of times, yet I still see new scratches on my vehicle! I have lost count of how many scratches are on my vehicle right now. Hotel accommodation is good, reception and cleaning staff are good and professional, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped but please don't check in there, if you have a vehicle, especially a luxury one for that matter. My experience so far is a nightmare!
