My place is close to the beach, PD Waterfront, Town Center and some family-friendly activities.
You'll love my place because of the exquisitely design, private and relaxing retreat with modern & contemporary architectural concept.
This a 940sq.ft. 2 rooms 1 & half storey detached Duplex Villa. It has 2 Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms. A Living area, dining area and a pantry.

**Please note that the living area & dining area does not have air conditioner.

Basically we have 9 units of 2 rooms semi detached Villa plus 3 suites room in a guarded and fended compound. Me and my family is using the bigger unit as our weekend home.
In this compound , we have a swimming pool, open dining lounge area for breakfast & resting. A garden with swing chair is available for kids to enjoy.
To ensure a more private and secure environment for our guests. Our Villa only allow invited & registered guest to come in. A security card access will be provided for guest to enter our compound.
Cooking is not allow inside the Villa. But we have a central Kitchen can be use for light cooking. Guest need to bring their own oil and seasoning for cooking.

Property policies

No refund if reservation is cancelled. Change of date is allow if a notice to be given 2 weeks prior the arrival date. Late check out is available upon request if there is no guest coming on the same day. Rate given is only allow 2 adults plus 1 kids below 12. Additional person will be charged RM40 per person with extra bed. And the maximum guests can not be more than 3 adults plus 1 kids. Our Villa is strictly non smoking and all area come with smoke detector. A penalty will apply if the smoke detector is triggered ! Though we love the concept of "the more the merrier", we have a maximum capping of guests at 5 adults and 2 kids below 12 yrs old. We will not accept any reservations that have more occupancy than the stated maximum occupancy. This maximum guests occupancy is to ensure you and the other guests are sufficiently comfortable with the space and derive the most out of our facilities. If the number of guests are more than the maximum allowable, the space will be compromised and cramped, which is against our initial goal. We truly hope that you will have a memorable and satisfying experience in staying in our Villas.
