“A night with Mama”
Honestly there were discrepancies on the booking policies in Agoda versus to Hotel policies. One is Check in time, as noted in Agoda is 12PM but the hotel policy is 2PM, but they let as in at 1PM, we ate first in Nanay's Filipino Food (food was great) Second is the Economy Room is good for 1 Adult only per hotel policy but 2 Adult is Approved in Agoda. According to the Information Staff maybe their IT didn't update the details in Agoda and they let us stay in Economy Room (together with my Mama) But we had a great stay in Villa Isabel and we'll book again. They served us breakfast for two. My Mama loved what I ordered for her. I also wanted to commend the staffs who assisted my Mama from the time we arrived until we checked out (My Mama is Senior and having a hard time to walk). Kudos to the whole Villa Isabel Team. We'll definitely go back.
