We booked 4 rooms and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel from 18/2-20/2/24 . Following is my detailed review. Important note : TTT Hotel and ADK Hotel share the same lobby and facilities. ADK and TTT hotel are located side by side . However, the lobby and check in are done in the ADK hotel . If you are staying in TTT hotel, yu will be directed to park your car in TT hotel and asked to check in in the ADK hotel lobby before getting your card to enter the TTT hotel . There is no lobby in the TTT hotel . just a separate building beside the ADK hotel . location : the hotel is located on the opposite street of Central Festival Mall, Asean Bazaar, and Greenway market . you definitely need transportation to move in and out of the hotel . However, grab are easy to get so that should not be a problem. it cost about 60-80 bath by grab car to go to grenway mall and about 160-180 bath per tuk tuk per way . Please take note that there are 7-eleven opposite the hotel and nothing else of interest in the vicinity of the hotel . The roads towards the hotel are good and you can drive in and out easily if you are driving . Lee garden area is about 10-15 min away . cleanliness : the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained . suitable if you are bringing in small children and family . The hotel room floor is made of tiles and not carpet, so it doesn't have the mushy old smell, and the bathroom is also fully tiled, making it look clean and bright. facility : the facilities are minimal . There ia swimming pool in ADK hotel and those who are staying in TTT hotel also could use it . You just need to enter throught ADk hotel and acess the swimming pool . the staff there will instrcut you to shower and hand you the towel before entering the pool . so the cleanliness of the pool is guaranteed . The water is clean and well clorinated . There are children and adults in the pool side by side . hotel equipments in the room : the bed are comfortable . the towels are provided by the house keeping upon request ( foc) . There are kettles in the room , a small fridge, and air conditioning. the bathroom has a water heater, and the water pressure is good . There are TV as well but we didnt use it . you need acess card to enter the hotel through the main door and to enter your room . staff : there are always a guard on duty to direct traffic and the staff are delightfull. cafe : there a small cafe in ADK hotel lobby but we didnt have breatfast there . from what i understand , the breakfast buffet is included for ADK customer . for walk in custmer or from TTT hotel it will be arounf 120bath per person . not sure about the menu as we didnt try. Overall: clean , spacious, and great value for the price . highly recommended if you are driving and with small children .
