"Pros: 1. The hotel is very clean, and he is definitely one of the most well kept hotels I've seen. 2. The service team was always kind and did everything with smile. 3. The food is awesome. 4. Easy transfers to the center. Cons: 1. The gym is too small and has old machines. 2. No iron in the rooms, you must use the hotels iron services."

"When I read the reviews about the elevators I though big deal... it is a big deal when you spend half of your time waiting on an elevator, there were three at any given time two were down with lots and lots of people waiting on each floor. Most of the staff were nice but some of them have attitudes. The rooms were ok, very 70's, but very clean on the surface, however the sewage backup can cause your room to smell like feces from time to time. It was not really near anything so unless you only want to go to the beach you should rent a car and you are able to do so on site (its actually the same price as a cab one way but the gas prices are through the roof). The bars are lame and drinks were awful. The pool was wonderful, the spa was wonderful and the staff there was great! The buffet is seriously some of the worst food I have ever eaten, go into town and find a Greek or Italian resteraunt, they are wonderful. Oh, and the power went out during the evening and they said to not worry because it happens all the time (not sure if that is there or throughout the island) I will for sure go to Kos again, but not to this hotel."
