They made all the arrangements without me asking or letting them know even ones. Just loved the way our butler Moa.L made everything possible in just no time. Was very impressed, on how the staff takes care of the comfort of the guests. Especially Tarandeep their front office officer - made sure we stayed there with comfort, gave us additinal hours for late check out which made us a bit more relaxed as we had a late flight. Really we had a great time. Even during Dinner - Chef Nady wiped up a special dish for us which made us feel soo special. Location and Service both are on point!

My wife and I have had truly a wonderful experience at the St Regis. The staff are ever so helpful and courteous. Very professional in every way. The condition of the hotel is new and is very well replenished and maintained. The only thing that would be a slight drawback was that The butler service took much longer than expected to arrive. The buffet was extensive and very fresh and delicious. I loved almost everything about this hotel. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. From check in to check out, service was phenomenal. The entire hotel is very ornate and has a very special Indian essence to it, which is important as many hotels in India are now focused on appearing completely Westernised.
