Nicely renovated unit in a poorly maintained apartment”

The unit is nicely renovated. The owner is very responsive to call and messages. Few downsides: some areas are dirty (with dusts and spider web), the queen bed has broken spring, comforter has no cover. The building where it situated is very poorly maintained. Only 1 lift is functioning. The corridor is dirty.
