Not for young families”
The hotel staff is excellent. Responsive, friendly, and make you feel right at home. The premises are kept clean and the restaurant is superb. It is a great hotel for working individuals or couples. The location is great. In the heart of South Bangalore, close to Lal Bagh, 4th Block complex, ample shopping and restaurants nearby. However if you're travelling with your family (We travelled with our infant and 4 year old) and have young kids then this isn't the hotel for you. The rooms are tiny. We had a studio and still felt very cramped. Agoda website lists the beds as King but they are smaller than a traditional queen bed. We got a rollaway cot and the room was full to the brim. The shower door wouldn't close all the way and leaked water on the floor. The AC units worked well but wouldn't filter the smoke or odors from the kitchen. The hotel GM waived the fee for extra cot and assured that he would look into the AC. All in all, excellent service but not for families with young kids.

Couple from Singapore ”
The room was clean and so was the toilet. A little small but still comfortable. The walls are very thin so whatever was happening outside the room could be heard. People were arguing and shouting in the middle of the night and everything could be heard.

Friendly and confortable place to stay”
I reach the hotel after mid night. As mentioned by many other reviewer, they took 20 minute to find my booking. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and the room are of decent size, clean and quite. You cannot find facilities of 5 stars hotel here, but I find the place comfortable and was happy with the stay.

Staff were friendly, it was clean , and it is in a nice, retail heavy suburb. Good restaurants in the hotel too. Really delicious. Breakfast starts at 7, but they're still setting up at 7:30. Not great if you're wanting to eat early and get to work. The rooms are very dark too, so it can feel claustrophobic. Never heard from them about my airport pickup query. Gym facilities not in the hotel, fair enough but just adds an extra step. Wanted to stay another night after spending a week and they wanted to charge me another 1000 per night, and would not match the online price. Okay, but this doesn't exactly promote customer loyalty. The hotel was fairly quiet, so unclear why this couldn't be done. As a result, I moved elsewhere the next night and they lost my business. Recommend if needing to stay in this locale for a short stay.

Location is very good and staff is very helpful. They gave me an early check=in. Though they said it was chargeable on a 24 hr stay basis, they were forthright about it right at the beginning. Clean rooms, linen and very comfortable rooms. The restaurant cum pub is designed as a cave and looks something out of ordinary.
