New found gem in the heart of the island”
Stayed in the Piccolo hotel during Christmas for the first time and the staff and the property did not disappoint. Kelsey from the Front Office was very attentive and helpful. We checked in around 7pm and she took care of us until check out. Philip, which I don't know from which department is helpful too, helped me reach my room because if I walked alone I'm gonna passed out after drinking with my friends at the beach bars. And don't forget, the complimentary breakfast servings was superb. We make sure to get up earlier every morning for it and if you guys are into IG, it's definitely IG worthy 😂! The servings are huge and I love the selection they have for breakfast, although we'd love it even more if we can replace toast with rice for American breakfast but it's not allowed. It wouldn't be American if it isn't toast, lol. Hsk also cleaned the room and replaced what's little or missing in the room. We stayed in 215 though sometimes we get some moist AC drippings from the ceiling but yes,but does happens sometimes. I didn't bother to complain because it disappears also and it doesn't wet the bed. I don't think it happens in all rooms so not to give a fuss about. We also requested a late check out in the morning during our second day but was not granted because of high occupancy, which is understandable. I hope them guys could extend us an early check in instead during our next stay, because we're going to book at this hotel again. My 3 year old son enjoy the pool in the property too and we always have a good sleep in our room. Our overall stay was excellent and we'd love to extend but we have loved ones waiting for us back home . Again, it's definitely worth it to book this hotel! Thank you Piccolo Hotel Boracay! We had the pleasure of staying at The Piccolo Hotel of Boracay from December 21 to December 25, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their welcome drink , warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy beds and the overall modern yet inviting ambiance of the hotel. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk to the famous White Beach and close to many restaurants and shops, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The breakfast served daily was a great start to our mornings, offering a good selection of tasty dishes. Although I can’t deny that I was longing for a buffet style breakfast. The hotel’s facilities were well-maintained, and it was evident that they take pride in ensuring their guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would like to especially mentioned one of their honest staff, Security Staff name Boy. I left my CP and my I-watch on the front of the room door, and just realized that I forgot where I have left it after few hours…but when I asked the reception staff if they found it … it was just there, submitted by Boy for my retrieval. Many thanks really for the honesty. We highly recommend The Piccolo Hotel for anyone visiting Boracay. It’s an excellent choice for comfort, convenience, and quality service. We're grateful to have chosen Piccolo Hotel as our accomodation in Boracay among other hotels. First off, they were easy to talk to regarding my inquiries. Their transport service really added convenience to our trip, and their transport staff were kind. When we got to the hotel, we received welcome drinks. Pertaining the room, it was really spacious. Our premiere deluxe room had a terrace but it did not give enough window light for my preference. There were no other windows. Nevertheless, we were out most of the time, and we had good sleep in our entire stay there. We did not feel like we were tired from our daily activities. I just noticed the first night that the bed under the comforter was not very clean - it had dirt like "libag", and the sheets were not purely white - we could see some yellowish stains. But we let go of it as we did not expect a 5-star hotel service, and the hotel is honest about it. However, I hope they could improve on it. The room also had netflix so we had reason to stay in the hotel before bedtime, instead of partying all night. Their restroom is good and clean Room make-up service is also available, and free of charge. But we had to tell them once we got back, despite putting a sign on our door. I assume they could not roam around the halls all the time, cause they really had a lot of rooms. I was even surprised when we first got there, we were like passing through a maze. But we got used to it as time went by. Their breakfast is worth the price. It was not a buffet, but their menu is enough for our breakfast. I just noticed the servers were not as fast as I expected in responding to our concerns, I guess because they only had a handful of staff to cater to a lot of customers. Regarding water, we realized that we should have brought a tumbler in boracay because water there is not free! Even in our hotel, we only had 1 bottle refill per day. And their service water is only for breakfast time. Last concern is when we were about to check out, we were charged with 100 pesos because of a lost teaspoon, when, in fact, we did not use the coffee set at all. There were a lot to improve in the hotel, but the overall experience is worth the price. I would bring my friends here again, but I would not bring my family because they're more keen obervers than I, and they would notice a lot more in the service. But the purpose of the hotel is worth the price. So, thank you piccolo hotel. :)
