Fun getaway”
Fast check-in and check-out. Since we booked via Agoda they did not ask for deposit during check-in. Definitely a good hotel to bring your family to relax and unwind especially when you have younger children. My kids love the bath tub (clean and spacious bathroom) and also the swimming pool. We also feel secure when hanging out at the swimming pool because there are some lifeguards on standby. They also have bouncer slide at one of the pool. Breakfast spread was great alhough seats get packed really easily, the staff were great at managing that. My personal favourite was the egg station.

Exceptional”
This was not my first stay at Pacific Sutera & have even stayed at the group's other property Megallen too previously! On this occasion, I arrived late at night & it was a totally super easy check-in, plus was given a super room - 1162! Hope to be given either this same room or something similar in the future!!! Also the Coffee House crew was superb where I had the opportunity to have a superb a la carte dinner once & the excellent breakfast once as well Thanks again Pacific Sutera & you can count on me returning!

Clean and comfortable room ”
Overall a good stay and will return for sure.. love the swimming pool as less crowded than the sutera resort pool, nice sunset beach view too from the pool. Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfy.. will be back for sure

I cannot find anything to fault this hotel on. The location is fantastic! The room is amazing! The food was great! But most of all, the sunsets are out of this world! The rooms have a balcony with the wide sliding door which is an absolute bonus! I wish I could stay there longer.

We had a great time here. The staff was very attentive and seemed to know what we needed even before we asked. A great deal for the price. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. We stayed here for 4D3N (room912) on 15-18th Jan. Everything was perfect. The check-in process was fast. Spacious room, breathtaking view from our balcony. Our kids really had fun at the large pool. everything is good”
the room is amazing. our room is just opposite the golf course so you can enjoy the green view. the room is spacious enough for 2 people, clean, complete with the things you need (iron/hairdryer/etc). staffs are friendly and very very helpful (always greeting you whenever they see you). the facilities provided are all great! food is also 💯. location wise- only 10 mins from the airport!

Booked the garden view. Nice view facing Mount kinabalu with sunrise in the morning. The room and bed very comfortable. Must stay for the sunset at bar or Al fresco restaurant around 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm . Really magnificent scenery and relaxing with few drinks. The resort also provide boat transfer to island with small fees. Suitable for family gateway. Nice breakfast as well just that one small drawback as the manager keep scolding the staff in front of the guests which seem not professional. :(

We Were Very Upsad”
This is the best resort with the best facilities among all the hotels and resorts in Kota Kinabalu. This was our second stay. The reception upgraded our room to higher floor (11th) with bigger room and great view. We returned to hotel and our room at around 10pm. We just got to know just above our room is a bar. They played very loud music and the base sound was unbelievable and unbearable till 12 midnight. We felt like we were in a disco. Call the duty manager and he promised to arrange a room charge in the morning. In the morning, room not yet ready, in the afternoon till evening, room not yet ready. Only when I came down to the reception and shouted, suddenly room was ready. Music with loud base started on the next day at 6pm and can be heard at the ground floor outside the hotel. No apology from the management.

Pros : Spacious and comfortable room. Wifi functions well. Cons: 1. not much menu for room services. P/s variety room service menu since no outside food even food delivery not allowed to this hotel. 2. No drying rack on balcony. Should have for long term guests uses.

Beautiful sea view. Helpful bell boy. We booked for l kingsize bed but we were given 2single beds. Had to call housekeeping to remind them to join the beds as I was there for my honeymoon. Requested for Kingsize duvet but never came. Other than that everything was fine

Booked a king sized bedroom with seaview(sutera Harbour) room was very well maintained, clean and spacious! Bathroom is super clean with bathtub and separate shower. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Booked a sunset dinner cruise with North borneo cruise and it was perfect! 5/5

It would be nice if the management renovate/touch up a little the bathroom. Easy access to anywhere. We love our walk from the Pacific Sutera to the Megallan Sutera. The seaview & yatch is so beautiful. It's too bad, it's raining in the evening during our stay (27-28 Aug) Horizon Sky Bar is a must if you stay. They say the view is to die for🤗
