Wow the hospitality of this hotel exceeded my expectations. Me and my friend booked Junior Suite and checked in at the last minute as we had to cancel our stay at a hotel due to a black out. The moment we stepped in, everything was so welcoming! Free popcorn, cute christmas decoration. The receptionist was so friendly and patient as well amid the long queue of guests, she even gave us a room upgrade to the Executive Suite, which is the most expensive suite. The room is sooooo spacious, clean and comfortable for such a good price! The view from the room is so scenic. No complaints at all The breakfast buffet is cheap AND MASSIVE. I could eat so much. The hotel even added more food even though there were not many people. Hence more food to my friends and I

best staycation ever”
The hotel was everything good for me. I came here for my one night visit with my husband and two little kids (age 4 and 6 yrs old). The check in was so smooth and the front desk was so helpful. We can get into our room within 5 mins. The parking also easy and safe. What I can say, this hotel is children friendly; where we booked a deluxe room with 2 single bed. However it can occupied to 4 person in one room. The bed size is super single and quite enough for us. Furthermore, the breakfast is provided for two person, but since we have two kids below 12 years old, then the breakfast is free for them. So glad that we don't have to buy outside food for our kids. In addition, this hotel is also provide children pool, where the water level is only 0.5m and it is safe for the children to have fun playing in the water. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel hospitality and we were enjoyed our trip. The food was also good. However, in my opinion, there was one thing that the hotel should improve especially on the hardware maintenance. As in my experience, the hair dryer cannot be function, the toilet door is difficult to lock and also the hand towel holder, the screw is not fixed to the wall. Honestly, the hotel is becoming in my top list and will check in here again if I have another occasion or holiday in KL.

I purposely left my newly bought pump shoes it is not as comfortable as it looks for my official work wear, and had informed the front office staff that i just leave it there during checkout so if any of the staff are interested they just can pick it as it is just being worn once, however, the management staff made an effort to call me again an hr after i checked out to double confirmed so that i really meant it, and i really flattered by the effort done to ensure their guest doesn’t left anything valuable behind even though it is just a modest pair of shoes. Kudos for all the staffs working on 9-12 May during my stay as i really enjoy great hospitality during my stay!Have made a reservation for 29May-1June for my business travel as i really enjoy my stay there. Love the location too! Be there soon!

This hotel is highly recommended for its cleanliness, facilities, hospitality, breakfast and also location. As for price, it is affordable 😁. I have been coming and staying here many times since my children were very young until the eldest is now in her twenties. I have never been disappointed or complained. I just booked in the middle of the night due to tiring travel. At first, the hotel didn't receive my booking from Agoda, then decided to go watch Black Panther 2 first and then go check in again. After that, the process is smooth and got a very comfortable room. Please bring your family to stay here if you are going to Putrajaya for vacation.

Overall room including bathroom very clean. I like the concept of body shampoo and shower gel using bottle like that. Very convenient and easy to use. Not to forget their hand soap too. Very easy for parents have kids, because Alamanda shopping center just beside it and the walking area is very safe for all. Breakfast is superb as the cafe always topup food when finish. The view from room very nice facing the lake. Really calming and nice. Really enjoying the stay.

Very conveniently located close to main office buildings in Putrajaya. Quick access to a good mall available. Within easy access roads to sightseeing locations in Putrajaya as well. Buffet spread is good and late check out options are value for money. Would recommend to others.

Really love the location! Situated just next to alamanda (1 min walk) , you will emerge next to GSC and Putrajaya Lake is just behind the hotel. Have a great enjoyable time taking afternoon walks near the lake and watched midnight movie in alamanda. Grab is easily available , didnt have any problems securing grabcar at peak hours . The gym is sooo lively! Activities like yoga class and salsa dance is offered, as well as gym itself is open till 11pm and pool is open till 8pm. Nuevo and fuze cafe offered great delicacies, love love love the vegan pasta. If you're thinking of staycation, this is where its at! Personal reccs, go for morning or afternoon walks , enjoy Putrajaya on foot. It is worth it! (Around 30mins walk to Putra Mosque/dataran putra) The Lake breeze and shady trees makes it very enjoyable xo

I'd come again and again”
This is probably my 6th trip here and I'd come again and again. Everything's excellent - the spacious room, the spacious bed, the breakfast spread, the swift check ins and outs, the location, the price. The only drawback is everyone seems to agree with this so you'd have to compete with huge groups coming to stay at the same time all the time

All services is good. Check in process quite slow. Only few counters are opened. Customer need to wait for a long time and long queue. The rest are ok such as bellboy, receptionist, staff, housekeeper,location, facility, cleanliness, food. Love the breakfast. Free parking for customer.

Closest to shopping”
Few minutes walking distance to the Alamanda Shopping Mall. The rooms were fully booked during Xmas, but the breakfast was fast, could get the seat in shorter time. Enough and good breakfast. The parking was full but allowed to park by the roadside nearby hotel.

The hotel location was stone’s throw away from Alamanda n we just walked for nite movie there. The room was clean, with modern decoration & looked cute in duckies theme. The bed (i choose 2 single beds) was big for single size. About the breakfast, it was great in varieties & the chefs were frenly too. Parking also is very convenient. Overall, my stay here is 10/10 🤩

BEST HOTEL TO STAY”
If I go to this hotel, I would need to worry about anything. Its nice but I hope hotel can improve to provide other food as well, like Nasi Minyak, Nasi Dagang and other. Because I already stay here 2x times, the food is just the same. If can change a bit variety of menu it would be nice! :D

Great Staycation. The Kids Love it”
Room..nice and clean.. i am staying in executive suite..spacious, nice clean and great view.. Surrounding.. really great..walking distance to Alamanda..however..its raining season so we need to take car to the mall.. Food..no buffet dinner..maybe due to Covid..room menu not that interesting..as most of it you can get from outside..so we head to the mall for dinner..for breakfast..not much..english breakfast very little..hoping to find scones, beef strips, croissant..even for nasi lemak as well not much side dish..maybe can upgrade on the food choice.. receptionist and all...great service..fast response...great doorbell man..helpful staff..thumbs up..
