The breakfast is good on the top open floor. The stay is also good, staff is also good. It is run by a owner origin of Karnataka, settled in Pune, good hotel to stay for business travellers.

Acceptable”
I found that hardly anything was working properly ... I was in room 503 for 2 days , and went thro following ... 1) Room Key NEVER worked . Each time I had to again go to reception to get somebody with some other key . Then after putting the key in the assigned slot in the room , Lights were not getting on most of the times 2) The AC was only for making huge disturbing noise , and not for cooling the room 3) The so-called Hot water was a joke , only lukewarm water was coming . The knob for Shower / Tap selection never worked 4) The lift was always occupied either with hotel own staff with their materials , or the conference people on 6th floor . Room Occupants had to wait endlessly 5) Complementary B'fast is on 7th floor , but lift travel is only upto 6th floor . You have to climb up from 6th to 7th . Worse , there is just no signboard or any visible entry for any staircase on 6th floor for going down. It is So much Risky !

Great location, Disturbing stay”
The hotel is at the city centre. Great location. I had requested for a backside room since I knew that the traffic sounds will disturb us as the hotel is on road side. I was allotted a room on the 5th floor. Room was good and neat. But the AC was not working. So I requested them to change my room. They shifted us to a room on the 2nd floor. The AC was good now but the yelling of the restaurant staff and loud clanking of vessels did not let us sleep peacefully. The yelling and clanking went on till 1:00 in the night. I wouldn't select this hotel ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Terrible place to stay”
Wifi wasn't working and they didn't change my room and didn't have anyone to fix it. Receptionist wouldn't answer the phone even after many tries. They say breakfast is served at 7.30am but it definitely isn't! Hotel needs renovation badly. Was given a smoking room!

The room is very dirty and also around the waling corridor. The breakfast is ok and simple. (match to India culture and style). The wifi is very bad..... But the staff is very helpful and support to us on each of our enquiry.

Horrific experience and pathetic staff.... Avoid”
My stay was horrific... The hostel staff is non attentive and sluggish to the core. The only way to reach to your room is via elevator which is small and slow at the same time. I had to wait for the lift almost 10-15 mins every time. The Hotel has almost no parking space and hence the cars are parked one after the other, the staff keeps shifting the cars are they are parked in first in last out manner... Room was a tragedy.....No hot water, no option to control the AC temperature as it is centrally managed. The room was stained and not cleaned before we checked in. Had to call maintenance guy for hot water, house keeping for changing the sheets and reception for getting WIFI password. All in all i deeply regret my decision of choosing this place and would strongly recommend anyone to choose any other hotel from the vast options available in the same area.

Great but should improve”
Great stay though there needs to be better service and customer satisfaction. The hotel is always over crowded with conference people and outsiders. Guests get little privacy. At night, the staff switch off all lobby lights and sleep. Very inconvenient if you are partying out and returning late. The kitchen staff are very noisy and guests are disturbed by all their noises. Breakfast was not up to the international standard. Only caters for Indian cuisine and nothing continental.

Great staff and clean room”
I was having a fellowship program in Pune for 3 months, first we are only staying for a week in Coronet, but since we have some issue with the apartment that were provided I went back to the hotel for a longer stay. The staff are wonderful, they are very helpful, room is clean, wifi connection is available in the rooms with reasonable speed, the food is also good (even though I'm not a vegetarian but I could still enjoy the meal). And last but not least the location is great, located in the Center of Pune it's so easy for me to getenything that I need. Thank you Coronet for the hospitality and your great service

Good stay, bad room service”
This hotel has a restaurant called 'Shahji parantha' which was just too yummy. Do try if you are anywhere in Pune. The breakfast is also from the same restaurant. But its pure vegetarian! Believe me you wont be unsatisfied! The room was good and they provide free wifi internet in it. The only issue we faced was the room service, the day we arrive we called for tea and a toast, they took more than an hour to get it after calling them & front desk thrice, and the staff without apologizing for the delay replied that 'it takes time' after me asking 'why did it take so long'! This happened 3 time in my one night stay. Hope they improve this service.

i have been wanting to stay here since some time because i had excellent food several times in the restaurant here.the rooms are very cosy and comfortable.the food in the restaurant is moderately priced and excellent. the breakfast here can match any 5 star hotel . a must for business travelers
