A hotel located in the city center, very strategic to go anywhere, just a walking distance to BCS & Grand Mall. I love the swimming pool which is open until 9 PM. There are many choices for breakfast, including ginger drinks and traditional herbal drinks that my husband likes, as well as many options for Western and Asian food. The room is spacious with a sofa and the coolest thing is that the toilet has a glass partition. However, I suggest that the toilet floor be cleaned more thoroughly as there are some parts that look dirty and slippery. I hope to stay at BCC again on my next trip. Location : Great with nearby A2 Food Court Ordered seafood from Win Seafood which online recommended but the prawn not fresh. Have tried another I Seafood which was very nice, market, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall Room : Bedsheet got stained and towel were yellowish and stained, toilet paper very small roll, need request for more, aircon super cold, water pressure very good. Overall room not very clean but look neat and nice. Staffs were super polite and friendly, much better than our neighbor country Hotel Massage were expensive than outside (208,000 rupiah/per pax excluding 3% tax) cos lazy to go out so we called in for room services. 4 masseuses came. 2 in a pair for each room. 1 was senior while the other was newbies who keep watching and following the senior footsteps. My foot felt so uncomfortable while the newbie was massaging me. She kept massage only of the foot for the past 35min and i reminded her that the other foot yet to be massaged. The senior told me will change foot soon. I reminded 2nd time that another foot yet to be done as we only asked for 1 hour massage. After 45 min, then the newbie changed another foot. So, i suspect the newbie has no knowledge in foot massage at all. No strength at all despite big size. I asked for harder but after a while, return to soft touch only. The masseuse was senior doing for my hubby beside me. My hubby keeps asking to reduce strength, but the masseuse simply ignore. She keeps pushing additional sales of Kua Sha for my hubby as she said my hubby has a lot of wind in him. 10 min for additional 50,000 rupiah which we rejected. The other room also came in a pair of newbie following the step of senior for my gal and niece. Both of them commented massage we good. Will recommend staying here if you can bring your own disposable towel and bedsheet. Or don't mind about these. I personally don't mind these but not for my hubby. So is up to individual.

Excellent location as it's near to BCS mall & Grand Batam mall. There are plenty of shops and cafe in the vicinity. 👍 We arrived about 30-40mins before 2pm and our room (1620) was ready for check-in 👍 Premier suite is spacious, comes with tub, bathrobes & foam slippers 👍 Staff are courteous, responsive and helpful. 👍 Breakfast comes in varieties and taste ok 👍 Now here's the downside: First thing we noticed upon entering, the room was dim and furnishings were dated. It was even dimmer at night with only few lighting fixtures in the room. Limited tv channels and a few channels were grainy (bad reception?). There was only 1 tube of shampoo & bath foam given, whereas everything else came in sets of 2. No spare toilet paper given and the one provided was thinner than usual. Had to call front desk to ask for more. The tub is functional but has some cigarette burn marks, dustbin is falling apart and should have been replaced. We only used the shower at night on our 1st day (around 11pm onwards) and the water heater wasn't working. I remember reading some reviews that it only run on certain hours. True enough, the heater worked on the next morning. BUT, it stopped working again on the 3rd day of our stay. It was 10-11am and the water was still cold. We didn't bother asking the staff as it was our last day of stay. This is my first time staying in a hotel with unreliable water heating system. We started seeing tiny roaches in the bathroom on our 2nd day onwards, which tells a lot about the cleanliness and quality of maintenance. We also noticed there were old blood stains on the duvet cover on the morning of our 2nd day. I remember reading about this in 1 of the reviews too and it seems like the hotel did not do anything about it. I left a handwritten note for the housekeeping team to replace the cover before we left the room. Returned at night and although it seemed the cover had been replaced, I could still see some light stains (not blood) despite the dim lighting. I would say the stay was ok for the price paid just because the location is good. I went for BCC despite reading the reviews because for the price paid, it's the only room that comes with bathtub in that area. Hope the hotel management look into guests reviews and improve their quality.
