Hotel Alana has a very beautiful view of the mountains. Unfortunately, there is no jogging track at the hotel, so you have to leave the hotel premises to exercise. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy and quick. The staff is friendly. Room service and housekeeping are prompt. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. There is a free refill of bottled drinking water, so there is no difficulty with drinking water. The hot shower is a bit difficult to adjust the temperature; if you turn the faucet a bit to the left, it's very hot, and if you turn it to the right, it becomes cold. It's a bit tricky to find the right middle temperature. However, the water flow from the shower is quite strong. The food at the restaurant is a bit expensive. But there are many restaurants in front of the hotel (if it doesn't rain, you can easily go to the restaurants around the hotel). The food at the hotel (tongseng) is a bit salty. Ordering food via Go Food is easy. The restaurant is nice and seems luxurious. The hotel's location is not far from the toll gate, making it suitable for those who want to vacation but avoid traffic jams. Overall, 90/100 for this hotel.
