Very nice hotel”
The hotel is big and the bedrooms are of good size. I liked the bathroom with bath tub. The big swimming pool was very warm and pleasant. The staff great. The hotel is very near the famed bridge and old quarter. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant facilities liked great. Lots of eating places and beer bars nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate in going to this hotel again.

Very quiet, riverfront, a little bit aeay from the Center but the have bikes to rent for Free. very nice Pool, very clean and very new rooms. Nice Food. Kajaks are free of Charge, too. We enjoyed the stay and would come back again! Absolut recommendation!

Beautiful old hotel with loads of character next to the river. Exceptional location minutes walk from the river, old town, day market, night market, restaurants, bars... everything. Couldn't ask for more. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Stayed for four nights - absolutely brilliant - will certainly return and Hoi An is an amazingly beautiful town both day and night. What more can I say?

Based on the price paid, this hotel was great value. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made the stay better. The hotel room was nice and the location great too. Hotel is still undergoing a lot of renovation, but based on the price paid, we could not complain for a comfortable stay.

The staff make this hotel. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good sized pool, bit too warm in July though. Easy walk to restaurants and town, night markets etc. Best rooms 300, 301 and 302. These look straight up the river

Very good location. Very nice staf. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. The view is very good. The breakfast has god variety, but the quality not very good. The coffee was cold, the rice was dry, the bread was also dry f.eks. but you get fresh made omlet/scrambled egg and noodle soup. Generally very satisfied appart from the breakfast

Obviously this place was hit hard by pandemic and it shows. The pool was very green, not like the pictures, and looked dirty. We were basically the only people in the place but they still gave us a corner room on the second floor for some reason, even though the whole place was empty. Still, it is centrally located and the staff is nice so I would stay here again. They overcharge by a lot for airport pickup so don't bother doing that, go with local prices, about 200k. But good overall.

Nice hotel with good location and clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was adequate but not extensive. Staff were helpful and friendly and willing to sort any issues that arose. Hotel is recommended for both solo or couples as it's easy walking distance to all attractions. The swimming pool is a feature.

Great central Hoi An hotel”
We only stayed here one night after doing a quick getaway from da nang. This hotel was perfect for this. It had large comfy rooms with reasonably modern utilities. There was not many staff here so service was not exceptional but it was on, very friendly at reception. The rooms are large with gigantic bathrooms and good sized balconies most over looking the river. The rooms were alittle musty and damp, some mold spots had started on the curtains but it had been raining for over a month at this point and there had not been many tourists there before us. Reasonable buffet breakfast with hot plate chef ready to make eggs etc.

The room and bathroom are spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved. The pool water is quite warm in the evening time. The staff was unable to speak English well, but they are friendly and able to get what you want. The location is near the busy night market.

We had an odd experience here, the room was very nice and the hotel presents well, but a number of things made our stay less comfortable than it could have been. Some dirt on sheets, cobwebs present, and lamps not working in the room. The pool was very hot - which is not ideal when the temp was mid 30’s for our entire stay. Breakfast could have been better, constantly seemed to be out of certain options and slow to top up, fruit flies swarmed the fruit and there was no cover available to keep them off. Hotel didn’t have facility to refill water bottles, so we reverted to boiling water in our room to avoid using plastic bottles - bit of a let down as this should be normal now.

4star hotel ? with a 1star breakfast”
Hotel rooms are large and generally ok. Outside pool is ok. Breakfast is extremely poor for Westerner and for Thai. Food is cold (no heaters under any of the serving trays ). Not replenished when empty. Only lukewarm coffee if any. Nobody seems to care. If I had not pre paid in advance I would be looking elsewhere. Have stayed in better 2 and 3 star hotels in Hoi An for much less.

Pros: close to city center Cons: Rooms facing river costs more, although it's very loud even with closed windows Rooms could be cleaner, lot of molds on the ceiling and bathroom Breakfast was poor In total more like a 2 or 3 star hotel not 4
