It is also very very convenient to anything at Sydney Olympic Park. Close to many restaurants and bars. Parking was $40 overnight. "We enjoyed a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park. The staff were happy and very polite. They also went the extra mile to help us with enquiries and concerns. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean with a good sized bathroom and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that we could open the window to get some fresh air rather than using the airconditioner all the time. The hotel is situated close to the train station making travel around Sydney easy. There are many good restaurants and fast food outlets very close by as well as the hotel restaurant. "

"I chose the Quest Apartments in Sydney Olympic park for a recent sporting event i was attending with my father and daughter. As such we booked a 1 BR apartment with twin beds and was advised the sofa bed could be made up for the other adult. The sofa bed was indeed provided with sheets however no blankets or additional towel for the third person (extra charge of $50 per day for third person) and the furniture (coffee table and chair) was so heavy to move out of the way in order to fold out the sofa bed that my father instead slept on the couch. The apartment was not serviced except for our first night. When we enquired we were told there isn't a service on Sunday's. We had made use of some items from the mini bar however these weren't replenished throughout the stay and our rubbish bin not cleared. I found it incredibly overpriced for the service (or lack there of) offered. The staff on the reception desk were at all times friendly and helpful however overall we didn't enjoy our stay due to the charges for things like Parking, Internet, Sofa Bed and then not to even provide a third towel or replenish amenities was pretty disappointing. Great location for our event however we wouldn't choose to stay at Quest again for the next event."

"This was our first visit to Melton, but definitely won't be our last! We had tickets for the Eagles Concert at Qudos Bank Arena, but all other accommodation was fully booked. Melton is a great old-fashioned Aussie Pub, with excellent food at the Bistro, and free parking out the back. It also only cost us a total of $36.00 for return taxi transport to the Concert venue, so it made everything easy for us."

The bathroom down the hall was below basic. Could not get a coffee when we returned from concert and the next morning we couldn't get breakfast or coffee!!!! This hotel was booked out but did not open kitchen. While the staff were extra nice the facility upstairs needs a total over haul. "
