My family and I stayed at Swiss-Belhotel from December 13-16, 2024. We booked one Grand Deluxe King room and one Deluxe King room through the Agoda app. From the moment I made the reservation on Agoda, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire whether the hotel offered a pick-up service from the port to the hotel. Ms Citra, the Reservation Agent, responded promptly and provided an excellent solution when I requested a pick-up service for both the ferry terminal-to-hotel and hotel-to-ferry terminal transfers. Before we even reached the port on December 13, we were greeted by the friendly Mr. Heman, who informed us that he will be fetching us at the ferry terminal. Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, Mr Heman assisted us with our luggage and drove us to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the entrance. We were further welcomed by Ms. Tesa who assisted me with my land transfers, at the front desk. She took care of our check-in, making it a quick and pleasant experience. To my delight, when I entered our room, I found that Mr. Jaka from housekeeping had beautifully decorated the bed with 2 beautifully folded swan and flower petals which says, ‘Happy Anniversay’. Mr Jaka also took time to write a personalised well-wishes note which he left on the bed for my anniversary with my spouse. Such sweet gesture from Mr Jaka made our day! Obviously this is possible as Ms. Tesa had clearly paid attention to the details I shared during the booking process, especially regarding our wedding anniversary celebration. Both Ms. Tesa and Mr. Jaka went above and beyond, creating a stunning and thoughtful bed decoration to celebrate our special occasion. As if that wasn’t enough, after we checked in, Ms. Tesa wanted to surprise us with a delicious cake with personalised message to mark the celebration. Unfortunately, we had already left the room for lunch, but Ms. Tesa kindly messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know about the surprise, which truly touched me. Later that evening, Ms. Maya, the Guest Relations Officer, reached out to check on our comfort in both Grand Deluxe and Deluxe room. She reassured me that I could contact her anytime if we needed anything. Later, Mr. Danang was incredibly helpful when another member of our family wanted to join us on our vacation. He assisted in securing a last-minute Deluxe room reservation, ensuring that our family could stay together at the hotel. Such thoughtful gestures from all the staff made our stay even more memorable and comfortable. This is not our first stay at Swiss-Belhotel, and it certainly won't be the last. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was great, big, clean and the tv channels a lot of selection. Selection of breakfast also a lot to choose. The food is good and tasty. Check-in/out was smooth and fast. Facilities - swimming pool, gym and message also available. Highly recommended!!! Looking forward to stay there again...☺️

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, especially Maya whom have prepared a small surprise cake for my parents as we celebrating mother and father day! The room is clean, huge and comfortable. There is spa massage in the hotel which is not bad. Surrounding the hotels got salon, massage and food which is convenient too! Breakfast got varieties and is nice. However, few suggestions to improve the facility such as the TV in the room which might be too old-fashioned as it cannot connect to phone or online or youtube. And the sauna room a bit exposed as people passing by can look through the small window into the room, which make us a bit uneasy.

Went to Batam for a short getaway with parents and siblings, great location of within walking distance to Harborbay Ferry Terminal. Staff is friendly and able to speak English. Not too crowded. Buffet breakfast is good with a lot of variety and local cuisines. Clean room as well, albeit a bit aged.

My family and I stayed at Swiss-Belhotel from December 13-16, 2024. We booked one Grand Deluxe King room and one Deluxe King room through the Agoda app. From the moment I made the reservation on Agoda, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire whether the hotel offered a pick-up service from the port to the hotel. Ms Citra, the Reservation Agent, responded promptly and provided an excellent solution when I requested a pick-up service for both the ferry terminal-to-hotel and hotel-to-ferry terminal transfers. Before we even reached the port on December 13, we were greeted by the friendly Mr. Heman, who informed us that he will be fetching us at the ferry terminal. Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, Mr Heman assisted us with our luggage and drove us to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the entrance. We were further welcomed by Ms. Tesa who assisted me with my land transfers, at the front desk. She took care of our check-in, making it a quick and pleasant experience. To my delight, when I entered our room, I found that Mr. Jaka from housekeeping had beautifully decorated the bed with 2 beautifully folded swan and flower petals which says, ‘Happy Anniversay’. Mr Jaka also took time to write a personalised well-wishes note which he left on the bed for my anniversary with my spouse. Such sweet gesture from Mr Jaka made our day! Obviously this is possible as Ms. Tesa had clearly paid attention to the details I shared during the booking process, especially regarding our wedding anniversary celebration. Both Ms. Tesa and Mr. Jaka went above and beyond, creating a stunning and thoughtful bed decoration to celebrate our special occasion. As if that wasn’t enough, after we checked in, Ms. Tesa wanted to surprise us with a delicious cake with personalised message to mark the celebration. Unfortunately, we had already left the room for lunch, but Ms. Tesa kindly messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know about the surprise, which truly touched me. Later that evening, Ms. Maya, the Guest Relations Officer, reached out to check on our comfort in both Grand Deluxe and Deluxe room. She reassured me that I could contact her anytime if we needed anything. Later, Mr. Danang was incredibly helpful when another member of our family wanted to join us on our vacation. He assisted in securing a last-minute Deluxe room reservation, ensuring that our family could stay together at the hotel. Such thoughtful gestures from all the staff made our stay even more memorable and comfortable. This is not our first stay at Swiss-Belhotel, and it certainly won't be the last. My family and I will continue to choose this hotel every time we visit Batam. The service we received was exceptional, and we felt truly at home.
