location is in an industries area, between surabaya airport and the city. around 30 min drive to the surabaya city centre. the hotel look like a 3 stars hotel from outside. lobby and staffs were up to 5 standard. when open my room door, was surprise by a 6 stars rooms. i mean it, i have stay more then 100 hotel around the world and the room is the best i come across. it will let many of the 5 stars hotel to a shame. breakfast was normal, anyway is free, so no complain. no pool. easy to get high class food places next to it.

I was based in Sby and been tried some 5 stars hotel during my weekend or short holiday, so far this is the best 5 stars hotel in Surabaya compared than the others. Room quite big, luxury, also the bathroom was spacious. Good taste of breakfast with many variant. Hotel staff is very friendly except some of restaurant staff who less smile and not really friendly.. Best 5 STARS HOTEL in Surabaya.

If you want all facilities you expect from a 5 star hotel for the price of 4 star, this is the place to stay in Surabaya. Excellent facilities, superb service and always smiling staff. The deluxe rooms have bath tub, shower and free mini bar! A very good swimming pool, relaxing spa and a good bar/club to unwind if needed. Tasty food in room service has to be mentioned, that too with a good vfm price list. Only thing I disliked was the extra charges for housekeeping. An evening room cleaning is charged and there is no option for turn down services. Extra recommended stay in Surabaya. Thanks for the great service, Team Verwood. Looking forward to stay here again!

Such a great room even though the view is the swimming pool and the city view is blocked by another building. I love the bed .. a 5 stars bed that 4 Asean people can sleep comfortably on it. The Tunjungan Plaza mall is just next to 4Points..very convenient to shop, to eat, and to pamper yourself. The reception staff..a nice lady..is very helpful. The buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties..from Indonesian food to the Western. Don't miss the Rawon soup with sambal kicap..very tender and nice eating it with the bread. Thank you for allowing to fill up my water bottle with the orange juice. The Bluebird taxi is always available and make it easier for you to go around Surabaya. Everything is great at Four Points Surabaya, and I will be looking for Four Points Jakarta and Bandung in Jan 2017. Very satisfied!

this is one of the best hotel i stayed in surabaya so far. the executve deluxe room is great. this hotel has an outdoor rooftop bar that guests can see the nightview of surabaya. this is fantastic and i also enjoyed the morning view when having breakfast on 21st floor. the room was higher than my expectations and it was huge! tv in living area and bedroom. i love the food at ah yat abalone restaurant within the hotel also. i had stayed in international 5 star hotels before in surabaya and this hotel far exceeds my expectations and furthermore, its proximity to the highway is well-suited for business travellers like myself. will stay here again and will recommend to other visitors to surabaya on business trips for sure.

It's not my first time staying here, because this hotel is one of my favorite hotel in Surabaya. The room is always nice and comfortable. Easy access to anywhere in Surabaya, taxi is easy to get, mall is walking distance and Submarine museum (Museum Kapal Selam), one of the tourist objects in Surabaya, is walking distance as well. Try the delicious ice cream house from the colonial era, it's behind the hotel.

It was a short trip to stay at Grand Darmo Suite, but it paid us well to be there. The hotel's location is just across of Taman Bungkul where you can find yourselves a lot of local and tasty foods at night. Don't get too full. My advice is to take one menu a little, and then try another one. It's good for people that doesn't know Surabaya a lot or the ones that don't have car for travelling around the city. Also, the room is greatly designed. A bit worn, but still in its best shape for years to come.

The room is a top of the line luxury. One of the best I've seen, even when compared to a 5-star hotel in developed countries. Location is perfect, just steps away from the newest mall in the city, and in Surabaya Center, so it's pretty strategic. Staff is extremely polite and professional. A few notes: 1. Hotel had only been open for 2 weeks, so there was some constructions in the parking area or lobby. 2. Parking is a little bit confusing to get to the hotel and elevator to the hotel from the parking structure is extremely small. But, everything else is superb.

feel comfortable and safe in the compound of the hotel; which provide many facilities. staff are veyr friendly and helpful, courteuos and let you feel at home. Concierce arrangment has been fantastic. Will return to this preferbale hotel in Surabaya whenever there si oppotunity to do so. Will recommend to all other friends and counterpart to stay at this hotel in Surabaya.

There is not much to say about this hotel. It is indeed a 5-stars hotel where all what you are expected of it meet. Friendly and helpful staffs, good security, clean, spacious, comfortable. I have no complain whatsoever. What stands out more compared to other 5-stars hotel in Surabaya is that the hotel is connected to one of the biggest nall in Surabaya, the Tunjungan Plaza mall. It is very convenient. Everything you might need is only at walking distance.

The location is within a 10 min walk of the big malls in Surabaya center. The staff works very hard to help accommodate the guests. The rooms are OK and reasonably clean. Be sure to ask for nonsmoking, if you are not a smoker. The water is a bit weak on the upper floors in the morning when many people are showering. The toilet seats are a bit high for comfort, but good for tall people with weak knees. Sunday mornings are a bit hit and miss as to whether the city will close half the road in front for an event or car-free day and the staff does not seem to know the day before. However, they find ways to get around the problem, such as the bell boy apologetically lugging a heavy suitcase across the road and cutting off traffic for the guests.

It was nice staying at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya as the room was big around 46 m2 and luxury. It has bath-thub and b8g bathroom. The location was great, u could walk to Tunjungan Plaza only takes 7 minutes. However, for 5 stars like that, the facility is abit broken as it was Pullman Hotel previously. The pool is too small and i think lacking of menu. But if you had short time for business to Surabaya and need hotel close to Tunjungan Plaza or City Heart, thia hotel will ne recommended.

Have been staying here for several times, definitely more than 5 times. Room has always been clean and tidy. Bathroom is well lit and clean. Location is perfect since it is at the center of Surabaya. Supermarket is just a walking distance (Hokky Supermarket), while Tunjungan Plaza is just a 5 minutes drive. Teenie tiny complain is probably the parking space. If you drive a car, the parking spots is limited. But, comes to the worst, they do valet parking. Just a heads up. Also, this hotel does not have a swimming pool. I am not sure about gym though. Overall, 8/10.

This new hotel was located in Business Center District, opposite with Tunjungan Plaza, so it is so suitable for Shopper to enjoy Surabaya more than you could imagine. I like how they design this hotel since when you enter this hotel you could see directly the lobby and restaurant it is in the same place, so it will directly increase your appetite to try to eat their Food & Beverages. During the breakfast, I saw how fast response the staff to set up and clean the table, the menu for breakfast is so variety, esp Indonesia traditional food, so for the traveler who want to eat Javanese food, you may have it in this hotel even western breakfast. The fast response also shown on House Keeping Services and F&B Services. So as a new hotel, I could see how they are in very well trained.

Hotel condition are clean, modern and minimalist interior, bright lighting at lobby, aisle, room and bathroom, also no carpet inside room so less dust - it's helpfull for people having allergethic. Harris Hotel, became our favourite 4 stars hotel at our destination cities. At least we have stayed at Harris Hotel at Bali Kuta, Jakarta, Bandung (2 locations) and Surabaya.

One of the best stay I've experienced. Noticed this hotel when I was looking for the tourism spot in Surabaya. It was mentioned one of the historical building is now became a hotel. Checked the info and highly intrigued. I was mesmerized by the history of this hotel and how it is preserved. The structure is still the same as maybe 100 years ago. It is amazing how they preserved all the beautiful details and nuance. The beautiful garden in inside is beautifully maintained and can be enjoyed from the balcony. All the staffs were nice and helpful. I took the Heritage hotel tour and got the opportunity to peek the 2 storey Presidential Suite. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Surabaya in the future so I can enjoy all the facilities and comfort. Staying in this hotel is not just a stay. It is an experience and exploration to the reminiscence of the past and history. Indonesia needs more historical hotel like this

Midtown is a new hotel in surabaya. the location is great especially if you dont have a car to drive around. for those with a car, they have valet service that do not demand any tips, so it is also very nice. the only problem i have is with the room. i use the groovy unit, which turned out to be the smallest. we met the beds immediately after opening the door. even the table for writing is very limited. The bathroom, fortunately, is not that small but no shampoo, comb, soap like othe rhotels with the same class. The room is clean, the tv is good, the channels are nice and close to everywhere such as bookstore, restaurant.

The Grand Hotel Surabaya is one of those hotel from days gone by. Some may call it kitschy, gaudy trying to display "faux grandeur" but we absolutely it. Our room was unfortunately near the main road and the beeping sound from the pedestrian crossing woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Staff were helpful and friendly despite our broken bahasa indonesia. Also note that every room is a smoking room.

Fairfield by Marriott is newly opened hotel in Surabaya, Indonesia. This property is located centrally which is very close to Surabaya town square and Siputra World Mall having many restaurants and entertainment. Hotel rooms are so much comfortable and clean. Fairfield Surabaya is equipped with all amenities like a very nice restaurant, swimming pool, spa, ball rooms, studio, gym, yoga, same day laundry, business halls and many more. Restaurant staff is very helpful and kind in nature. Sometimes chef asks you about your choice of food in breakfast so they could prepare the same for you on next day. Hotel staff is very nice and their service is very prompt. if you are planning to visit surabaya thrn Fairfield Marriott is a very good option to stay.

Stayed 4 nights in a superior twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) with my old mother., while visiting my son studying at Surabaya. Clean, quiet, ideal location with supermarket at ground floor and many restaurants (a few of them are Chinese restaurants) at shops around. Found 2 family massage parlors around too. Size of bedroom and bathroom are just alright, not very big or small, just no wardrobe, no fridge.. Hotel staff has been helpful to let me store my food item to fridge of hotel restaurant., and help me to communicate with Grab driver in Indonesian There is hot water for shower, just that water pressure is not that strong (my son told me water pressure at Surabaya is low in general), and maximum temperature can't be steaming hot. I like the wood flooring, instead of carpet flooring, that gives a cleaner feel. A big glass windows, but can't e opened for outside fresh air., so no mosquito too. No comment on hotel breakfast, as I booked hotel room without breakfast option.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Swiss-Belinn Surabaya! This was our first time to try this hotel and we absolutely loved it. In fact, I'm planning to book my stay in Jakarta at Swiss-Belinn. The location is fantastic with so many great restaurants along the street...All within walking distance. Oh and they are very serious about the interior design of the hotel! So elegant! The only issue I had with my stay was noise from upstairs. I guess the ceiling is slightly thin or not so sound proof as I could quite clearly hear dragging of chairs and people's voices. But it wasn't to a bothering level. All in all, Swiss-Belinn is best bang for the buck hotel!
