Location and money wise it is good and staffs were nice. But room is not what we were expecting to have. AC is not cooling, TV shows are all arabic (does not have any channels other than that) they should also consider other nationalities. My daughter was also creeped out as she keeps seeing unknown entity (Mama, someone is looking at us), no kettle or refreshments too.

Broken shower, slow Internet connection, flush is not working as well as the AC. Didn't sleep well because you are hearing a lot of noises outside of your room. Only thing that good are the staff who managed to give what I requested from them.

The bathroom had mould all over it. No hand towel provided. Stains on the tables in rooms, don’t think they have been cleaned. Staff were kind to give me a late checkout.

room is to dim. you can hear noise from hallway and from adjacent rooms. No english channels on the television. been calling twice to fix it but nobody came. also you can hear loud music from bar in 8th floor. i stayed in 5th.

inhospitable staff & old, dirty rooms”
1. Bad check-in experience and a disorganized lobby. 2. In spite of my request for a room on a higher floor, I was assigned to the second floor, directly above a nightclub whose music could be heard clearly through the floor above me. 3. The room reeked to high heaven, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. 4. Because there weren't any towels in the room, I had to ask for them twice within 30 minutes. 5. The television was completely broken. Unfortunately, when I called the front desk to inquire about it, no one seemed to care. 6. I spent the whole night scratching my irritated skin because the sheets were filthy. 7. Shockingly, the duty manager's lack of professionalism and the staff's inability to properly address me as a guest both left me feeling unwelcome. Someone even said "hey!" to me during check out. The hotel staff, including the duty manager, is far too haughty to be in the hospitality business.

Not as what expected”
I booked for my husbands bday and they gave me a double room which is not i paid for and they said coz the king room location is noisy??? And we asked for new room but they ignored us. We also asked if we could take visitor of 4 persons just for 2 or 3 hrs but the staff said no becoz of covid. I mean hello, u opened a bar full of people and uae has already lifted the mask policy and your reason was covid. We booked here like 5 yrs ago and it was not like this. Im so pissed that i cant even refund my money so we just wenth through with it.
