A great neighborhood”
I arrived to a really nice and quiet hotel. It looked just like the one on this website. The lobby was clean, big, spacious, and it smelled like a spa. Each member working when I checked in was nice, helpful, and polite. I was given a really nice room. Everything was state of the art. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My only issues was that you don't receive free water for each day you stay there. Other than that, it's a really lovely place to stay.

Perfect NEW hidden gem in Old Dubai ”
5 star experience. Extremely clean,well maintained hotel apartment. Very well equipped. Kitche has all ammenities. Room service done everyday on request. Professional staff. Only drawback was the noise from the neighbouring rooms. Great value for money and perfect location. Ended up extending my stay for 3 days. Big big ups and thanks to Lily (front office) & Gopal (Room service) for accommodating every request.

Staying at Suha Mina Rashid Hotel was a very memorable experience. We were greeted with exceptional customer service at the reception from Ms. Princess she was able to meet all our requests professionally and promptly. The two bedroom apartment is great spacious and clean. I’d definitely come back here later and would recommend to friends and family.

First, I'd like to thank the hotel staff for the great hospitality. I really enjoyed staying at Suha Mina Rashid Hotel, everything is clean and new, that much I felt like I'm the first guest of the room. I recommend this hotel for the tourism visitors. The only thing about the hotel location on maps, it's the parking location not the main entrance.

A very warm Dubai Welcome - THANKYOU”
Great apartment accommodation for a ground up family. The staff were amazing, any requests made. 24hr check-in desk, checkin no matter your flight time. The soundproofing in the apartment was brilliant. There were building works next to the hotel but couldn't be heard at all. Daily cleaning with fresh towels and thorough cleaning. Situated: 30mins taxi/uber from Palm (£20), Marina, or 15mins taxi/uber from Burj Khalifa, main Malls (£12), or 5 mins taxi/uber from Bur Dubai, Gold Souk, local beach (£6). Breakfast included each morning and plentiful. Nice warm swimming pool with sunbeds and a clean gym/spa. 24/7 supermarket just a minute walk away from the hotel for midnight snacks if needed. We would highly recommend this great hotel. Thank you for making our Dubai stay superb.

Suha Mina Rashid is one of the best apartment hotels we have stayed in as a family. The room was spacious, furnitures & appliances were complete & the location is very good. It's near a grocery & a good walk to the metro. The staff were attentive to our needs. There is room for improvement in ther breakfast menu because it was the same daily but we just managed by rotating our choices. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel especially for families.

Suha hospitality was great, all facilities were fully functional, clean, and staffs were responsive and helpful. Hotel smelled lovely at all times, grocery stores are nearby, nearest metro as of date ADCB station is roughly 10-15 mins walk. Would definitely recommend for families and friends travelling in groups. Only issue that new guests should take note of is location as per google maps is mapped to the backside of the hotel, so one may search for 'M Residence' which is the building next door and your taxi will lead you right at the front side, instead of having to walk all the way back. Thank You Suha for your warm hospitality and the new years cake left at our room was really thoughtful and well appreciated.

I really had an amazing time at this hotel while on my honeymoon with my wife. The staff were friendly and willing to provide yours needs. The location of the hotel is close to a metro station, which makes it easier to travel around and explore the city. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in its class”
Very affordable, free breakfast, bath tub, washing machine, gas, fridge comfy bed and amazing view. The hotel is closer to metro station which is very convenient. Dubai mall from hotel costs only 20-22 DHIRAMS which is very economical.
