Stayed in Yas Island branch of staybridge and it was really awesome, staff is courteous and friendly, especially the people who serves and maintains the hotel buffet during breakfast and dinner,all of them really works hard and prioritize the guest. Hope they can get the proper recognition for that Hotel is clean and location is the best. I could say that I would definitely stay in IHG hotels again due to the best service we experienced here. Lovely staff, nice breakfast, great location if you want to go to ferrari world and the other worlds... Convenient free shuttle bus to get you to these worlds every 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend it for families.

Relaxed stay at Staybridge”
Stayed at the Staybridge with the extended family over the weekend. Small reception with usually one staff managing the guests but they were efficiently handling the guests. The rooms were nice and spacious with all facilities for a long stay including washing machine, cooking range, etc. Compact breakfast to satisfy everyone. A nice pool to relax in. We were provided vouchers for the Yas beach entry. The beach club has a big heated pool which the kids enjoyed. We used the Yas Express shuttle bus service to go to the Yas Beach instead of taking our cars, which was a mistake in hindsight, because the bus does not wait for tourists and has to complete the rest of the yas stops before returning to Yas Plaza which was a good 45 minutes drive. Except for this experience, we had a good time with family on Yas Island thanks to the wonderful team at SS.

staff was very helpful , the rooms was not ready and they compensate us with flat and was nice , only small issue that there is some construction going on which caused few facility is closed and we were using crown plaza one which it is still fine , they offered us also a free diner .

Great hotel especially for price, perfect location”
The hotel is perfect especially for families. The 2 bedroom suite gives lots of room and the sofa is a comfortable bed too. Breakfast was very good. Downside is no restaurant but Crown Plaza and other hotels are easy 2 min walk with great variety. Free parking below. Staff was all friendly and willing to help.

Everything ok, nothing outstanding”
Our stay at the Ataybridge was satisfactory. A few items seriously marred the experience. We did not get the room we requested. I asked for a pool/sea view and smoking. We got neither. We got a room overlooking a road, and it was non-smoking. They also failed to tell us that the hotel is attempting to become entirely non-smoking anyway. The room was a nice size, kitchen was equipped nicely, the TV channels were ok, but many expected channels not there and mostly they are Arabic ones. The lowest point, unfortunately , was the staff. They didn't seem to care that the room I requested well in advance was not available and had been given to someone else. They said I would have to come downstairs and go outside if I wanted to smoke. Also, as it is self-catered, I had a number of bags of shopping on arrival, and stood outsid efor 15 minutes while someone went to find a trolley. They claimed there was a spa, there isnt. You have to go to the neighbouring hotel to use anything under an agreement. There is no beach, and the pool is hidden on nearly all sides by buildings, so, gets minimal sun. Overall, just an ok-to-average stay, but book early and the rates are ok. Just go to the other hotels in the cul-de-sac for food, bars, etc.
