Excellent Location and Property”
Hotel is about Hospitality, Bed, Bath and Food. I am very impressed with the staff, their studio rooms are amazingly good (compared to many 4/5 star hotels) and their food is nice (ofcourse the hotel is right next to MTR). Nice Parking. I am surprised as to how I missed this property all these years.

Loved the short stay at Springs”
We stayed in Springs Hotel for two days and it was quite a comfortable stay. The room was pretty spacious , neat and clean. Food was excellent; be it the buffet breakfast or a-la-carte in the restaurant. Room service was equally good. The staff all were very courteous. Overall a very very comfortable stay. Would love to stay there again.

One of the ultra modern hotels at an affordable rate”
I love every bit of the decors of the room. Very basic yet aesthetic. Great staff members, I'd like to give a shoutout to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Hussain (Restro manager) and the other restaurant staff. Polite and professional people! One feedback: The receptionist of a hotel like this should know how to smile at guests, or should have good communication skills. The lady receptionist at the hotel seemed rude, even if she didn't intend to be rude.

Best to stay, but chances of request turndown”
Before staying this hotel, I requested in writing and telecon for early check-in. Both times, either no reply or rejected, though no rush was on that time. Except this, everthing is fine. So, do a call prior to book, in case of any request you have with them.

Hotel situated not in shopping area. We requested early checkin and for that they charged extra.We took studio room and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was nice with tasty food ,we had ordered dinner from hotel and it was expensive. There is some location difference in google map and this will make little difficult to get uber and we have to call the driver and explain the location.
