Stayed at 3 bedrooms villa with private pool. Each room is large enough and comfortable. The view & surrounding is great. Unfortunately the villa isn’t equipped with kitchenette and it would be better if it also comes with bbq space & equipment at the villa.

A nice place for family vacation”
A new resort with unique concept. I stayed at villa and also 4 beds room. The fresh air and good ambience in this resort. They have more than three pools, a good restaurant with a view and illy coffee. The room service also nice. The only problem is the shuttle, esp for check out there will be line for shuttle. I had a bad experience during my stay, one of the houskeeping staff had entered my room in the middle of the night and got the wrong number. I would suggest them to improve the SOP and hospitality.

Room: Dirt spot on bed sheet and pillow, room a bit dusty, broken AC (reported but can't be fixed), empty perfume (replaced), broken soap dispenser, not enough closet, table, hanger or place to put away our stuff Environment: Good view, ambience Food: Not good enough quality and taste for this level, empty coffee dispenser (both already settled after complaint), the best stuff only coffee with Illy beans Service: Excellent service from the staff Minus: Not enough hand sanitizer Big Complaint: I have been treated badly when I complained on check out by top management of the property, until now not enough apology effort from him

I wouldnt call it a resort since there is no resort facilities here. No resort activities, not even for kids. They have greeny scenery and thats it. I wouldnt say it worth the price.

Shanaya is pretty good for travelers who bring their families because of the resort concept. However, to go to the room or vice versa, you have to wait for the pick-up queue. Or if you want to walk then you have to walk quite far, especially if you stay in a glamping room. Breakfast is standard, but if you have additional people, the cost is quite cheap. Overall, when compared to the room cost I paid > 2 million / night for 1 bedroom, it is quite expensive and not value for money.

Unhelpful staf and room with leaking toilet”
The check in process was awfully long with rude staff, then our room was poorly unhygiene with water leaking around the base of the toilet. The furniture that was chairs are disturbingly full of spot and stained heavily. When we decided to have dinner, the restaurant seemed understaffed and the manage to lost our order! We waited for an hour then we didn't have our dinner so we go back to the city. So dissappointing.
