Amazing staycation destination ”
As we are all limited in our abilities to do overseas travelling, Saadiyat Rotana is gem. All Staff are incredibly respectful, warm and family friendly. Restaurants are great. Amenities are awesome 👌 Even the beaches are super clean and well maintained. Thank you all for looking after us.

Given the current restrictions due to Covid-19 the hotel could not be faulted with contactless checkin, QR code menus in all F&B outlets, strict adherence to mask use, temperature checks and disinfection of loungers etc after each use. Providing a feeling of safety and confidence

I understand that it was a long weekend and was a busy period for hotels. I spent some good money on a room to receive some good quality service but even after several calls was not able to be provided some cutleries and plates which was supposed to be available in a hotel in this category. Waited a lot for the check in and for the luggage’s to be delivered to the room. Definitely an overrated hotel for its poor service.

We booked a full board stay, we were told that only 3 restaurants needed to be pre-booked. We went to the all-day restaurant for lunch only to find out that there is brunch on a Friday and that we should have booked a table. Very very disappointing stay and treatment from a hotel that have a 5-star rating!

Memorable stayed ”
I love everything about this hotel ♥️ , we stayed here in 3 nights with half board meal and celebrated my birthday here. The staff are all accomodating and friendly. We booked a classic room and to my surprise the room was cozy and huge especially the toilet and bath (the biggest bathroom of all hotel ive been to when it comes to classic room size).. i love the breakfast buffet but i was a little bit unhappy or disappointed coz in our 3 days stay there the menu are all same.. unlike in some 5stars hotel here they changed “some “of there breakfast menu everyday thats only one thing i can say the downside for me. . But overall , i was happy and will definitely come back here maybe next year summer again ♥️

My birthday was nothing ordinary at the hotel ! From welcoming me at the door to the beautiful and yummy birthday cake. In addition to the room arrangement of flower petals, cake shaped towels and a mix of sweets and snacks. As a second time booker, I can only say it keeps on getting better. I’ll keep on booking 2-4 times per year !!
