Those receptionists were absolutely amazing and I was delighted with their excellent services! Their lovely concierge, housekeeper and staff at the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating from the start till my last day at the hotel! I’ve had the best breakfast with a view at this stunning restaurant and the Chef and staff were very hardworking and I’m blown away with their fast service. Felt so comfortable and extremely grateful for taking care of me! Kudos to all our Chef for such a delightful meal! Couldn’t ask for more! Fascinated by their luxury duplex apartment with that magnificent view of Ain’s Dubai skyline , i couldn’t think of a better place to spend my holiday! The apartment was ravishing and immaculately clean! Furnitures were gracious and perfectly placed ~ I totally fell in love just by seating on their divine soft couch with such a spectacular view of that glorious sunset! Oh! This was by far one of the best hotel and staycation I’ve ever had in Dubai! Truly memorable , satisfying and a place I could call as my home …. Every moment spent there was tremendously worth it! The staff especially Jen, Karlos, Omar the supervisor and one more guys staff at Reception. These staff were amazing and the best at Roda are truly exceptional. They were not only professional and efficient but also went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest. Their attention to detail, from remembering my name to anticipating my needs, was truly commendable. The room itself was a haven of comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly plush, providing me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities were of the highest quality. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. The location of Roda was also ideal. It was conveniently situated near major attractions or landmarks, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the surrounding area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pros: - "Apartments" are in great location across the street from the beach and inside the Marina "The Walk" area. - Huge Apartments Micro, refrigerator and washing/dryer machine (we had 2 bedroom apartment and it came with 2 baths and extra guest toilet) Things to consider /Cons - This is not a regular a hotel, but some units being rented out as hotel units as part of a residential complex . - Even though apartments are huge, they have very few furnishings so they look empty and uninviting - Furnishings are old and dated. Sofa has been likely upholster but with super hard foam, so super uncomfortable - Do not plan to cook here - no utensils - The pools are not very inviting and do not have any sun. - the nice pool you see from the apartments facing the ocean - belongs to another hotel - so you wonder the whole time why you did not book there instead - Balconies are oddly shaped with high concrete walls, so you cannot see anything if you seat down - air conditioning difficult to regulate - Reception and Gym are in the basement /garage . - Ground floor is very strange. with tacky store fronts to low budget salongs and message... not giving the same classy look that the rest of the walk and marina gives - Breakfast is very chaotic, with very few tables and buffet very un-inviting/messy - food does not look fresh. On the positive side, Omelette station is ok and breakfast closes at 11. Bottom line, if you get a great deal, go for it due to the location. But do not expect a 4 star hotel.

We are very happy and very satisfied with their great service. The place was amazing. Huge living room, clean and tidy and view is breathtaking. Accessible to those who commute and/or using the public transportation. Staffs are very accommodating, professional and friendly especially Mohamed Alatash. Overall, I would recommend it to my friends and family. Always been our number 1 choice. Worth every penny😉😊🤗
