Booked a night stay here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. Have to really thank Pan Pac for going the extra mile to making it so memorable. 1stly - the view! Amazing view of the river day & night, room was so spacious, clean and comfy as well 2ndly - not only did they prepared a beautifully decorated cake for my best friend, they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as well with a card! 3rdly - informed us that we can get half price parking at dfo at $24 instead of parking with the hotel at $49. It’s also conveniently located just beside DFO for shopping and eating. It’s a pity we only had 1 night booked, will definitely come back again!

First of all, I would like to thank all of you for giving us a nice trip when I stay there. The factor that I feel the most satisfied is staff. All of them are really friendly, helpful and sympathetic. They did me a favor that I can stay until 12PM because of my late flight. Especially, I wanna thanks to Indian girl (I’m sorry for forgetting your name), she gave me a detail advices for Dadenong Ranges and Puffing Billy stream train and help me to book a Uber to go to the airport because I missed the SkyBus, and other beautiful girl helped me to book a tour to Phillip island. They are worth visiting if you go to Melbourne. But I would recommend that all of receptionists should be more careful when giving information for guests, I definitely feel disappointed in your answer about shuttle bus, but fortunately, with the help of India girl, I can go to the airport on time. About the facilities and cleanliness : I feel totally satisfied with full facilities inside room. Everything is lovely and perfect as their advertisement. Everyday, housekeeping clean room very carefully (but they will off on Sunday). Thanks for everyone! In particularly, this hotel is located in an ideal place. There is tram station in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient for me to move around Melbourne, and it takes me just 8 minutes to walk to Victoria market and some other interesting places.

The enterprize hotel is a great place to stay in Melbourne. It is very cheap for one and the staff there are very friendly and are happy to help with any questions. The enterprize hotel is located on Spencer street in the heart of the city, there are many tram stops nearby. In the foyer of the hotel there are many booklets and discount offers for local tourist attractions and tours around Melbourne and Victoria.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is very near to the Queen Victoria market instead, which is a great place to get cheap souveniers, trinklets, fresh produce and cheap seafood. Anyway its very convenient to hop on the free Visitor Trams to get to anywhere around Melboune. The hotel itself did not dissapoint. The staff was very friendly and helpful (booked all my day tours through the reception). Room and toilet size was above average. We loved the kitchen which was fully equipped with suction hood, 2 gas stoves, 2 saucepans, a frying pan and accessories. The bed was very confortable with a thick comforter too many pillows. Only small complaint was the window binds (roller type) did not fully cover the windows, so a lot of sunshine will get through.

Really enjoy my stay for 5 days at the Quality Hotel Batman's Hill On Collins.Definitely i will comeback and recommend my friends & other people.What i love about Melbourne i can just walk around the city & free Tram ride around the city to.Spending everynite playing Pokies at the Hotel,which is so convenient,as im solo traveller not to worry going back to the hotel late nite,good service friendly bar staff.For solo traveller it make me feel welcome,my pleasure to meet the hotel staff in Pokies Gaming & Bar, Steve,Nuwan,Ela,Karen & OS the security bloke,he really did a great job at the Pokies & Bar.Thank u for great service.Will see u guys soon,definitely will stay at the Quality Hotel Batman's Hill on Collins 👍❤ Love From Siti (Singapore) live in Moe Victoria ❤

Fantastic ,although we were manly sleeping there only ,haven't really used the facilities ,but next time will stay again and try to enjoy the movie in house as well as the Jacuzzi which is one of the best thing in the hotel.Friendly staff I cant mention it enough ,always patiently listening and helping us out regardless ... Hotel is very clean ,except the common bathrooms which is understandable since many people sharing it ,but you always see the cleaners around and you can ask for extra towels or bedding . there is a common area in every level where you can get boiling water to make tea or coffee any time of the day and they provide plastic cups, tea coffee sugar and cream for it .very thoughtful so not necessary to go down to the kitchen every time you need to refresh yourself .The hotel is non smoking throughout which is excellent ,they also have no noise policy which makes it an excellent stay even with young children like us were. Space hotel is the hotel which won the best budget accommodation in Victoria and no wonder why ,every bits of it is lovable ,it is a luxury hostel with quality guests and professional, great service .Thank you and we will return soon!!!

The picture and description on Agoda stated sofabed and queen-sized bed. When the sofabed was broken, management said it was because I hadn't specified that I needed an extra bed, and that there was an extra cost. Yet, I then received a text message asking when they could come fix the sofabed? Other than that communications snag, the place was lovely. Every touch was considered- from electric shaver to washer and dryer, ironing board and even laundry detergent. 3 minutes walk from central train station. I can't recommend highly enough. But be sure to capture Agoda description to show them, or email to confirm bedding situation. I took for granted the description would be honored, which was then questioned. Overall, a lovely stay.

My friend and I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Windsor in April 2019. We booked a room with 2 beds & were surprised when we got 2 queen beds that were amazing- just the right firmness, 4 large wonderful pillows and incredible linens! The room was huge with high ceilings, a walk in closet & beautiful marble bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfy. So very happy. The location was great as well. Right in the CBD with the free tram & other great transportation options nearby. We were also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Queen Victoria Market and everything the city had to offer. We didn’t partake of the bar or restaurants, so I can’t comment about those. If I had one suggestion for the hotel, it would be that the lobby could use a little work. Everyone needs a littler makeover once in a while, but the flowers were spectacular!

Superb location !! Where walking distance to state library of Victoria, in the free tram zone. And also walking distance to bourke street and Elizabeth street where you can find coles, Chemist warehouse, and Priceline pharmacy here and a lot more. Also equipped with facilities such as washing machine , oven, refrigerator, will be good if have dryers. Staff on time perform the housekeeping , where replenishing of shower gel and etc and good. Overall , highly recommended !!

I chose to stay at Brady Hotels because they're the best option between the price and the hotel star at that time. I never went to this hotel before, so I didn't know what to expect from my stay there. After staying there, I can say that it's definitely a pleasant experience. The room, although small, was very comfortable. My room was located on 9th floor and the view, in my opinion, was amazing. I could see Melbourne Central, State Library of Victoria, and many other buildings from there. My room was clean and it allowed a lot of sunlight to enter during the day. They gave me 500 MB free wifi (250 MB per night), which isn't much, but I also used my own phone data, so it's enough. The staffs are very kind to us, especially Dermott. He's being very helpful and friendly to us, asking about our stay there and about our experience in Melbourne. He also explained a lot of things, such as directions to places near from the hotel, free trams that could be used to explore the city, and check-in and check-out process (which is very fast). Other staffs are really nice to us too, but Dermott stood out between them. The money we paid for this hotel was definitely worth the stay. Overall, I'll definitely stay in here again the next time I visit Melbourne.

Location is perfect. It is a 5 min walk to the tram line where you can enjoy free trams around the perimeter of the CBD. Close proximity to the Etihad stadium and the DFO. There is also a convenience store and liquor store right when you step out of the building. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with my booking but they were very patient in helping me resolve my issue. Thanks Michelle! The apartment itself is also perfect. Very modern furniture and appliances. We had a stove, oven, ref, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, elec. kettle, and even a hair dryer. Complete amenities to make you feel right at home. We were actually so sad to leave. Hoping to return soon!

This is definitely a 5 star stay with the Jazz hotel! The staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My room overlooking the beautiful flagstaff garden, melbourne star and victoria harbour. Amazing view day and night! The room is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a kitchen. Very convenient for travellers. Location is good to, just beside victoria market. I will definitely always stay here when visiting Melbourne.

To begin with the Staff in Melbourne 1 Bldg. on Lonsdale was very accomodating and friendly especially the Front Desk Staff named Chris. Ibrahim of Melbourne One Front Desk was very accommodating as well. The place was clean, elevators were fast & we felt at home. There was just the noise from the construction area during our stay but all was good. The location is within the CBD Tram area which was very convenient for tourists. Take the Free Tram #58 from Lonsdale (3 stops away) or from Flagstaff (2 stops) to Queen Victoria Market. You can also walk to QVM from the hotel. You can also take the free tram to the shopping areas, Aquarium, Zoo and other tourists areas. Just across are Coles and Spencer Outlet, Southern Cross Station, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Cleaning service can only be availed if you stay for atleast 1 week but you can request for fresh towels and other needs, make sure to request at daytime to get it on the same day. Will definitely book here again!

The best two days away from Canberra me and my wife have ever had. From the minute our cab door was opened the friendly staff were there to help us through the front door and carry our luggage.The check in was was quick and before we knew it we were in our luxurious room. A quick rest then breakfast in one of the many cafe's which are a short walk from the hotel, a couple of hours shopping ( so much to see), then back to the hotel for another rest. What about seeing a show that night, heard South Pacific was on, down to see the consierge, tickets booked, too easy.Dinner at another great restaurant then back to the hotel to get the Doorman to whistle down a cab to the show. So much to fit in one day the second day was just as good. Do yourself a favour and visit this great city and stay in this awesome hotel.

We didn't go looking for a hotel with all the frills ... we simply wanted somewhere clean, quiet and of a decent standard. The Atlantis met our needs. It's not a huge hotel (thank goodness) but there was a good enough lobby area and enough staff at the check in counter to ensure a minimal wait if any - we were never in a queue. There's a car park, but you gotta pay for it just like at most other hotels in the city. The room was cleaned daily, the bed comfortable (maybe the pillows slightly not suited to me, but that's personal), we felt safe, it had all the amenties you'd expect and it was quiet (save for the odd conversation you'd briefly hear as other guests walked past the room ... and that's not often especially if you're out all day!). We always expect a small refrigerator (forget the mini-bar) and controllable air-conditioning temps in a hotel room - both were there. Toiletries were always replaced, spare toilet rolls present, tea and coffee and milk available (but we buy our own preferred fresh milk anyway) provided and there's a small sofa and sufficient desk space. At 25m2, the room was of standard size and spacious enough. And you couldn't fault the lovely and helpful reception staff .that always greeted you with a bright smile ... they were well trained. BUT, what we really loved about the hotel was its location. It might be right at the end of Bourke St but Melbourne is not a huge city and with the trams, the distance isn't great. Right opposite the hotel is Southern Cross Station - for those who aren't familiar, that's THE transport hub of the state of Victoria (not just of Melbourne city). Want to get a bus to the airport, it's there. A train around Melbourne, it's there. A bus or train to somewhere else in Vic or NSW or ..., it's there. Need a tram to Docklands (meh), South Wharf (Crown and restaurants) or the city centre, it's there. Too much luggage? It's a short walk across the street and doable even with a walking frame (not that we had one)

Excellent location right in the middle of Elizabeth St with tramp stop just in front of the apartment, plenty of halal eateries, convenient stores and walking distance to Victoria state Library. We took the free tramp to the iconic Flinder's Station and the tramp stops right in front of Coles Supermarket. The only downside is parking at the nearby multistory car park was super expensive ie $50-$74/night. Other than parking issue, everything is perfect.

Beautiful suite, really well appointed. As it was winter - I could have done with a bath and there is no jacuzzi at the property. The pool is delightful - could definitely do with a changing room especially for the winter. Also some music playing would be nice to drown out the noise of workmen as there is a lot being built in the area. Hotel reception could use a lounge area to relax in. On my last day I had an hour’s wait after checking out and before my friends arrived and the restaurant was closed so I had to sit on a high chair in reception for a while which isn’t ideal. I think for a 5 star hotel, it definitely lacks some touches. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for you. When dining with my friend in the restaurant we received an incredible meal and excellent service. When dining on my own there, I was often overlooked, had to query the whereabouts of everything I ordered and somethings just didn’t arrive! Shame, as the food was tasty.

This is a modern futuristic hotel and the room is of a very high standard and services excellent. The hotel connects very well to the neighbouring Crown Casino - which is much more than just a casino but with features like cinemas, shops, an international food court, decent indoors and outdoors cafes and restaurants, etc, alongside the South Bank of the Yarra River which is full of activities. It is also within walking distance of the National Gallery of Victoria - an excellent museum - and the Melbourne Aquarium. Tram stations are very close by and one can easily get into other parts of town.

We booked a petite double and was expecting a pretty small room. However, what we were given was a pretty great room size-wise, in which two heavy suitcases of ours pose no problems to the space given at all. The location was GREAT, right across from Southern Cross where the airport shuttle bus Skybus is stationed, and this makes it easy for us to get to the train to other towns in Victoria during the trip too. Takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shopping precinct and venues of cafes and restuarants (say, on Elizabeth, Swanton, and what have you) but we did not really mind that. At any rate the free city circle tram is located nearby, taking about a couple minutes walk to it I think. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, with all needed amenities. The only slight downside of the room was that the bathroom sink was very tiny, and there's no door for the shower room so the water was all over the place when we washed ourselves. Overall, though, a really nice stay. Would definitely stay there again if we ever wind up in Melb again.

The Harbour View Apartment is centrally located to nearby Melbourne attractions like Harbour Town, Etihad Stadium, Queen Victoria Market, Crown Casino Complex, etc. There are three tram stations right beside and in front of the apartment hotel which make transport extremely convenient to reach other attractions like Melbourne Museum, Parliament Garden, Royal Botanic Garden, Shrine of Remembrance, Old Melbourne Gaol, Nationa Gallery of Victoria, ACMI, Federation Square, Chinatown, Bourke Street Mall, Aquarium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Melbourne Central Station and Flinders Street Station, etc. All tram rides within Central Business District and Docklands District are free. The apartment is also within walking distance to Southern Cross Station where Sky Bus shuttle to Melbourne Airport can be accessible. The hotel staff are very hospitable, and food is easily available from nearby restaurants located in Southern Cross Station, Chinatown or Melbourne Central Station areas.

This is my third time staying in a serviced apartment in Melbourne and I would say that Milano Serviced Apartments is the best so far. I am a clean freak in terms of bathroom cleanliness and I was rather surprised that the bathrooms of Milano were sparkling clean and the corners in the bathrooms were not infested with filth or algae growth. I checked myself into a 2-Bedroom Executive room and was glad to find myself with a spacious kitchenette, a 6-pax dining table, a leather sofa, 2 king-sized beds and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub). The room was painted in white and thus it gave a fresh feeling and the carpet did not produce a moldy feeling. The washing machine in the room was clean too and it did not leave any residue on my clothes (which happened to me in other serviced apartments). Milano Serviced Apartments was also the tallest apartment that I have ever stayed in and the view was magnificent. So much that I could even navigate myself perfectly well by looking out of my 30th floor veranda before starting my day! The location of Milano is great too. It is right in the middle of Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Market, which made travelling to the two places easy. Also, there is an ALDI supermarket just next to Milano. No worries for grocery shopping at all! As much as it is a serviced apartment, the comfort that it provided made me feel like home more. Well done Milano!

i really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and after my first stay, i choose to come back for my second stay which is 10 days after i travelled to tas. you will enjoy the new apartment which built in 2010 and non-smoking all the rooms. the plus side is the room is huge with full kitchen so that you may have the previlige of going to victoria market and buy your own beef/lamb/seafood to cook on your own. or you may choose to go to the china town (just one block) to enjoy variety of food or any other local choices. it's close to everything, like the french end (all international brand) on collins or you may just walk to the department store or melbourne center and it has all kinds of community at your need.

Stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived early and we were allowed to check-in. Building is a bit old (Victoria Hotel is about 125 years old anyway) but it's still very well maintained. The room is cleaned daily and they replace the towels and toiletries which we really appreciated. There's complimentary tea and coffee as well. Electric water heater is also provided for your brewing needs. Service was really good as well. One time we needed a knife to cut the cheese we bought from the Queen Victoria Market and it was around 11PM but they still responded pretty quickly. I think they brought it to our room in less than 15minutes after I called the reception. So that was an indication of their good customer service. They have indoor pool and gym as well which unfortunately I wasn't able to try out since we were out on tours the whole day. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Victoria Hotel.

Found the Collins Hotel Apartment very ideally located right in the heart of downtown Melbourne. Found most of the reception staff very helpful, especially the lady receptionist Momo who was most helpful ! The apartment is so near to all eateries, shops, banks, theatres, trams, trains at Flinders Street Station, and Queen Victoria Market. We came on the first week of Apri; 2019 and the Melbourne Autumn weather was fabulous ..... and also the Comedy Festival was on Wed, Mar 27, 2019 – Sun, Apr 21, 2019 ! Will definitely some back to stay here again the next trip !

We arrived there on a 3 night stay for our 21 year anniversary. The minute we rocked up the service was totally amazing. One staff in particular that we dealt with helped us out so much and went out of her way to make it that extra special. I had stated when i initially booked that it was our anniversary and she made sure to give us the best room available. We asked if we could have somewhere with a nice view but she gave us the 28th floor with amazing views. when we stepped out and came back to our room that same evening we found an absolutely amazing gesture of complimentary fruit, champagne and chocolate on our table. Jessica went out of her way to make it that much more memorable for us. What amazing staff they have. Was also very helpful with things to do in and around Melbourne. I highly highly recommend anyone to stay here. I know i won't be going anywhere else next time. Thank you Agoda for a fantastic deal

I like this hotel very much. Especially the location is in the heart of the city. It's close to tram stop, station, it is also within walking distance to all major attractions in melbourne such as the theather, victoria market, botanic garden, china town, supermarket, bourke street mall, federation square, etc. The room is clean and nice eventhough the size is just average, not too big and not to small. The staff of the hotel are very nice, friendly, and helpful. This is just an excellent hotel, no wonder it's mostly full booked.

My friend and I had a great time during our brief stay here. We arrived from our flight at around 8-9am and they allowed us to check-in right away without any additional cost or hassle. When we had to stay overnight somewhere else, they helped store/safe keep some of our luggage so we wouldn't have to bring them all around with us. Beds were big and comfortable. Best of all, the hotel is just a walk away from Victoria Market. Lovely place for diverse food options and great coffee!
