I had booked this Hotel on the one and only one belief of Agoda's uploaded pics of the hotel. As this was my 1st stay in India in Hyderabad, it was a nice surprise and welcome to me. The hotel is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is too good. Moreover the roof top bar is the best. With the fantastic view of the Hussain Sagar Lake, the mood was perfect. One word. BRILLIANT

I stayed in Lemon Tree hitex city for 4 nights. It was so far the best hotel I stayed in with such budget prices. The agent at the front desk (Shazia I believe) was very courteous and polite upon check in and check out. Restaurant staffs were very attentive. Special thanks to Omkar and Ining. Housekeeping was very efficient to touch up the room every morning. The bathtub in the room was clogged, Front desk sent someone right away to fix it but the issue continued so they offered me another room however, I didn’t want to move as the tub wasn’t a deal breaker to me. I was ok with that. They have a beautiful pool on the 11th floor which we enjoyed after breakfast. It’s nice of them employ some verbally challenged people in some departments. I will definitely stay here again in future and highly recommend it if you want an amazing stay without costing you an arm and a leg.

I really enjoy my stay at this property. My experience in other indian hotels have been dissapointing, high prices and poor quality but in The Park you get more than you expected. To start with the staff is very friendly, always looking to give you the best of experiences. The room service menu is amazing with plenty of variety to choose, no matter if you want to try some exotic indian food or a tasty sandwich. The design of the hotel is very interesting, the rooms seems out of star treck but with a chick touch.

You can't go wrong staying here. It's centrally located, as much as there is a center of Hyderabad and there are plenty of restaurants around. The area is right on a major road but the hotel is quiet. There is plenty of transport around and there are quiet, quaint residential lanes just around the corner with tiny shops and a friendly, homey atmosphere. The hotel itself has typical multi-star hotel rooms. Nice linens, very clean, marble bath (very spacious), quiet a/c with individual control, cable tv, little fridge/mini bar, etc. There's no tub but you'll soon prefer the spacious shower. Very nice. There is a pool, 3 restaurants or so, free wi-fi,a gym, and probably a whole lot of other services/facilities that I don't know about. Breakfast was included and was pretty good but best get there early as the best stuff runs out. Fresh juice (and canned too, if you want) and a variety Indian and a couple of Western things. Eggs to order, along with dosas and uppama. The service was exceptional. Laundry service is pricier than some other hotels but nicely done. Staff will readily help with anything. I think that's the best feature of the hotel as at a place this large such personal attention could be lacking.

The location is road touch but only thing is from main road when we enter airport exit road, road block is observed which creates confusion for cab driver ( at least I observed in my case). Hotel management can think of putting signage on the main road stating for Hotel Manohar take U turn from far end. Near the entrance sign board is available. Here also conventionally left side of road is used but here entry is from Right side. Don't know why so,? The breakfast served here was awesome 👌. But as far as al a carte is concerned I personally felt food is costly when compared with quality n quantity. The staff here was very much cooperative, humble and ready to serve. The bath fittings in my room was damaged and required repairs. Somehow I personally feel that during old airport functioning this would have it's own charm, but now it's lost. But still I think little renovation in some areas will work. Overall it was a good stay but could be better. Still I would suggest my friends to stay here and I would also like to stay here in next visit. Hope this reaches to the management in a healthy way. Thanking you!

This Hotel Luminousl is well located next to the Taj Mahal Hotel which is a good land mark as the hotel is located behind a building up a driveway. The Taj Mahal has a great eatery right next door. Hotel Luminous has a good breakfast with your choice of eggs or dosa or whatever. The hotel is very clean and the staff keep your room clean. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in this category for the price. A good 4 star hotel.

It was in some trepidation that I travelled to Hyderabad after some not so good experiences in India but the Avasa Hotel has opened my eyes to how good it can be. The hotel itself is a fabulous building situated in an area that is undergoing a massive transformation. The entrance hall is stunning and the rooms more than comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and consistently went out of their way to ensure that everything I asked for was addressed. I hired a hotel car and driver for the day who showed me around Hyderabad and made the day so much fun introducing me to corners a stranger would never have normally seen including a trip to a local restaurant for one of Hyderabads famous biriyani lunches. I was so well looked after. The catering was world class, the selection of local and international dishes was amazing and the chefs were always on hand to talk about the food they had prepared which for a foodie like me was a joy. I'll be back. 6 stars.

I booked a room here through Agoda as a surprise for my husband on our Anniversary. I was a little apprehensive because my stay here in December was not up to the mark, but I took a chance. I had clicked on "Special Requests" section and asked for some special room decoration and a cake, explaining the circumstances, bug I had next to no hope for any of that. Anyway, the day arrived and we reached the hotel To my utter delight, they had followed instructions to the hilt, without any extra charges. The room was beautifully decorated, even the tub! Not only that, when there was a confusion about the cake, even though they had delivered one to our room already, they were ready to bake a fresh one and hand it over anyway! We quickly explained that we had the cake and we only wanted an empty box for it. The staff was amazingly courteous, and everyone did the best they could to guarantee that we had a happy ad satisfying stay. The room was spacious, the mini-tea-bar well stacked with my favourite Moroccan Mint Tea and the Bathroom was great with a shower cubicle as well as a tub. We had a good time at their Swimming Pool, and were very happy with the overall experience. They even had a choose-your-pillow option which we were very impressed with as we have only seen this outside of India before! This option can be a life-saver to those of us who have orthopaedic problems and need firmer pillows for our necks. The biggest USP is how quiet the entire property is. We swam in peace without the noise of traffic in a bustling city like Hyderabad. You can easily forgive the less-than-perfect approach road when you realise the peace and quiet you get in return! Radisson Blu is a Luxury Hotel that guarantees your money's worth! This hotel definitely deserves the 5 star status it has achieved, we would definitely be going back. Kudos to the staff!

This was my 2nd stay, I was there in January on 18th 2015 too. But unlike last time, this time I felt little uncomfortable, I was given a voucher of Rs350/ for the Dinner buffet, which I availed on 1st April and ordered a Pepsi too, with Pepsi can which was for Rs 75/ my Food bill should be only Rs425/ but I was charged Rs444/. 19 rupees doesn't make a dent in my pocket or Hotels pocket but does make a dent in Hotels Reputation. Also I hired a taxi for apart from my Airport pickup, which was Rs2200/ for 8 hours, this taxi was with me for 16 hours so I should have been charged Rs 4400/ only but I was charged Rs975/ for Airport drop also. Which shouldn't be the case and I was not told this prior to booking my taxi and the front office guy was not giving me any convincing answers when I asked about my food bill he said Restaurant information is Rs444/ but at least tell the customer WHY and HOW Rs444 and same with Taxi I was there for a wedding just for 2 nights flying all the way from London, some money here and there doesn't make a big difference to me but your Hotel reputation it does make a world of difference. I coming in June again but I have to think Twice whether to stay at your hotel or to any other. I like this Hotel it suits me from every aspect. Hope I can convince myself.

We stayed here four 4 days to acclimatise prior to joining a family wedding group, and couldn't have been happier with it. A surprising large room which was more of a suite with loads of room for re-packing and chilling out. The Hotel booked us an excellent driver for an 8 hour semi-guided tour of all the highlights, and we got ourselves to the nearby Lake and Parcs. A lovely experience!

we had a wonderful stay. excellent personallised service. roof top restaurant has one of best views in the city. clean bathrooms. awaiting bar license. hope they get one asap. can see a swimming pool in adjoining club property managed by same group. hope access will be provided when ready. breakfast choice was also good. flexible. extended checkout to 2 pm. location is quiet corner in a classy part of secunderabad. adequate gym and squash court attached.

The stay was perfect i should say..room were clean and tidy.Mini bar was gud. Only bad experience was with hotel taxi. When checked in reception one lady informed 500 for 10 km. but when we came down one guy(not sure his name or designation, was wearing a dark brown uniform) he said its 1000. when we went to the reception, the guy and lady spoke in their local language and she says its 1000 for taxi for 10 km. Not sure that kind of behavior is suitable for a "5 Star" hotel. At the end since I didnt ve any other options the guy (hotel staff it was) agreed for 800.This was only bad experience.Lesson Learned: book a cab from cab services around in the city, they charge much less and better service.

It is one of the best hotels in Hyderabad with two excellent dining places within the premise. It was one the great experience I have ever came across, great hospitality and the team who makes the hotel such great place to stay . The room was clean and very well maintained, keeping to its brand standards. Excellent internet connectivity and food in the restaurants was awesome( especially Mekong restaurant).

Me & my family stayed at this hotel for one night.Reception staff were so well behaved, polite & friendly.We had an early check in than mentioned timings,they obliged which was so pleasing .Buffet Breakfast was good but can be improved.Room given to us was clean, big & comfy. Everything was perfect for a 3 star hotel. Would like to stay next time visit to Hyderabad.Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

For me, it was a matter of choice between Purple Leaf and Times Square, but I went by the description and pictures of Purple Leaf given on Agoda.com and I must say that I made the perfect choice! I reached the hotel at 8am, way ahead of the 12pm check-in time, but the room was given to me immediately without any hassle. The check-in process was very cordial and swift. The reception was managed by a very competent lady and she ensured that I was led to the room within 5mts. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures. Well-furnished with a king-size bed (my preference), a working desk, a 32-inch LCD TV and surprisingly, a comfortable recliner by the window. The window opens out onto the main road in front of the hotel and since the weather was good, keeping it open was a good option! A special word of mention for the detailed outlook of the hotel management in keeping up with the brand. Every accessory from the bed-covers to the upholstery and even the body-wash and shampoo were in purple shades! Everything was neat and clean. The hotel has an attached restaurant on the ground floor - Wild Ginger! Their lunch buffet was fabulous to say the least, and at Rs.250-300 per head, it was good value-for-money. Even the breakfast was a good assortment of Indian and Continental dishes. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Let me summarize the pros and cons below: - Pros: - - Great location. Just 15mts from the Secunderabad Rlwy Station. On the main Karkhana road - Easy to get Cabs/Auto. - Good value for money. Relatively new property and comfortable stay. - Clean and well-furnished rooms. - Free Wifi and good connectivity. - Wild Ginger restaurant has good ambiance and nice menu. - Right next to the hotel is a Pulla Reddy Sweets outlet to pick up a box of the famous sweets to carry back. Cons: - (Not many!) - Easy to miss on the main road, because the board is not very visible. Situated next to Croma retail

Despite a rocky start with our agoda booking the Minerva grand family of hotel did a terrific job in handling the situation by upgrading us up to the spacious deluxe suite. The breakfast spread had a good mix of indian and western food. The masala dosa was the crowd favorite. Location was on a quiet street close to the main road near the big shopping centers. I also recommend eating at Sarvi Restaurant which serves delicious indian food. It is only a 5-7 min walk down the road. The only negatives were that the a/c can get a little too much in the rooms on the first floor. Universal charging points were also not available. All in all highly recommend Minerva hotel.

On arrival part mid night we were welcome with smiling reception staff , who were very helpful and making our first time visit to Hyderabad a very comfortable one ; since we have booked 2 rooms for 6 nights. We were really taken back as our rooms were up graded to junior suite for the entire stay. The hotel staff was very prompt and attentive to our request for room service.The rooms were clean and well maintained . As an additional bonus the hotel extended our check out time another 6 hours as our flight was late at night. If i am ever coming back to Hyderabad I will definitely stay at this hotel. I would like to thank the management and the dedicated staff for the memorable stay in the hotel. .

Excellent.I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Daspalla. Had a great room which was very comfortable. Met all the 5 star criteria. Very polite and hospitable staff who went out of the way to make sure everything was alright. Food is great. Loved the midnight buffet concept (till 3am) for people who were working late. Wonderful roof top swimming pool with a lot of privacy were you could see the city instead of having people and other guests stare at you. Hotel is very safe for single ladies traveling alone. Will definitely stay at Daspalla Hyderabad again.

my wife and i were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. our 'club' room was large, had all the comforts of a 5-star hotel (which this wasn't) tea-making facilities, mini bar, clean linen, comfortable bed, large flat screen tv with a comprehensive selection of programmes, free in-room wifi for six hours a day, ironing facilities, an in-room massage chair (wow), and great location in best part of the city. only two things bothered us a little: the air conditioning in the room was blowing too hard even at low setting, and so was slightly noisy. the other was the poor ventilation in the restaurant. on smelled of food on leaving the restaurant; but we quickly learned to go for breakfast first before dressing up to go out!

Location is good for seeing major sites, but in midst of rough, loud, hectic, central-city area with non-stop traffic (all night long)--so, if staying for more than couple days or for purposes other than sightseeing, a hotel in a relatively quieter area away from the city-center would be preferable. The food, including breakfast buffet, room service, lunch-thali hall on right and restaurant on left, was good--not outstanding, but adequate and seemingly among the best options in the area. Staff members were friendly and helpful. 'Heritage' room in original, 1924 building was nice, but also fairly noisy, with constant street/traffic noise. Internet was slow but reliable, with no connection problems.
