Where to stay in Corfu Department
Corfu Department hotels & accommodations

Glad to find we were put in a bungalow. Fantastic infinity pool/ view. Went down for lunch. YUK. Sort of hamburger hell. You have to eat in view of bare topped hairy tatood ogres. Grateing music. Sweet Greek staff. Hotel main building crumbly 70's totaly lackluster. Hortible brown dark interior. Glad we chose 5 star. 3 star might have no furniture.

Good location but first day breakfast don't know what it was only thing you could say it was a breakfast was it had eggs hot water now and again rooms cleaned they went in the room beds not touched if they did they want to sack there laundry department the sheets still look like they were slept in

My stay was very short, only to be close to the port for the ferry . However if I was to stay in corfu longer I certainly would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean, although no mini bar or much in the way of little extras in the bathroom. A shirt walk to corfu town which was something else to see. Definitely stay here agai...

I stayed in apartment “3” and it was absolutely amazing! I would rent a car/ bike to get around as it is slightly off the beaten path, but extremely central otherwise. Clean, organised, amazing welcome by Mary {the owner}, overall an extremely pleasant stay. Will definitely come back next time I stay in Corfu! Great value for money too. Supermarket close by and abo...

The Pink Palace worked really well for our family of 4 (kids 3 & 6yrs). Our room was simple - on the small side - but away from the noise and with a lovely view of the sea. The facilities were great - cheap and fantastic breakfasts and dinners. The property has the advantage of giving beach access and also hillside views. Its probably not the place to stay if you are a...

Has a pen & paper way of tracking bookings which is not efficient. Upon arrival the lady at front desk said she could not find my name as a booking even though I was presenting my booking confirmation to her. She basically said there’s nothing she can do. Then I leaned over the counter and spotted out my name written down in her book and had to point it out that it’s t...

Pension style hotel in Boukari beach. The owner was very helpful in organizing tours and taxi pick ups which was good. The location was a little off the beaten track. The buffet breakfast was good but there were lots of wasps for the time of year. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and were meant to feel at home.

Really good location for a lovely pleace called Gouvia , easy walk there like 5 min just cross the street. The hotel to find just before hotel Mathraki not many signs but if you turn left bedore Mathraki you will find it . Check-in the hotel will collect 2€ for tourism tax . We had a suite room 72 was a great and super nice room nice garden view with 2 bathroom. Reall...

Stayed in this hotel for a few nights in May 2011. The staff were very helpful on arrival giving us the choice of several rooms & continued to be a great help throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very modern, with excellent facilities in a very nice setting with a great view. Location was ok, close to the port & some restaurants on the water. In terms of location ...

We stayed just one night prior to our flight home. Hotel was absolutely lovely. Beautifully refurbished room with great shower room and huge upstairs terrace. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good quality buffet breakfast with ample choice. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. It is...

No one there when we arrived. We booked late and there is not reception, but they were very helpful on the phone and someone got there in about 30mins. Nice room, clean with balcony. Nice swimming pool however to cool for us to use. Note a great beach

Just returned from a last minute 7 day holiday in Villa Tasos with my teenage daughter. I chose the villa based on Agoda reviews and price, as it was fantastic value, being on a special offer that day. It is unlike other hotels I have been to, as it feels very much like you are staying in someone's home, as the owners live on site and are very welcoming. As they oper...

We were just visiting Corfu for a couple of days do wanted to be right on the beach. This hotel definitely ticked that box. And for the price it was good but the hotel did have some down points. From other reviews I thought glyfada was a little village but really it's just a beach with restaurants to cater for the summer crowds. So if you're looking for a more Greek ex...

hard to find fault with this place, rooms spotless, location exellent, view fantastic, owner and staff very friendly service was faultless, breakfast was fresh good quality and plentifull, had one evening meal which was the best we had for our whole hoilday.would definitely return.

I stayed in a one-person tent for 8 nights. The ladies were both super lovely and helpful, the reception is open 'til late. There's a shop just across the road. You can put all your valuables in their safe, so there's no need to worry about them getting lost. There's a kettle, a fridge and a freezer provided, and a sufficient number of toilets and showers, The locatio...

I can’t speak highly enough of the Paradise Village, Yvonne (awesome lady who runs the place) and all of her staff are exceptional, so friendly and accommodating. The villas are immaculately clean and tidy offering everything you need. The local restaurants are great value and all make you feel so welcome. We will return again and again!

A great experience for our first night in Corfu. Apartment is clean, modern, spacious with kitchen area and bathroom. It's location is perfect in the centre of the old town so you can walk everywhere. Host is most gracious and even recommended a restaurant which was great.

We were only at the hotel a few hours before joining a cruise but it was more than adequate after a long redeye that lost out bags. Cold air con, clean sheets and an amazing view right on the edge of the old town and a short walk to the pier. Good value for money

Due to delayed flight we 5 males arrived late, but the management of the hotel were not concerned and greeted us in a relazed and friendly way. Breakfast was good and we were able to wander to the marina in the morning. If I was in the area with my wife I would ceratainly be happy to be based at this hotel

the apartment is nice, little and basic (rightful for two people); in the building there is a wonderful garden and a beatiful swimming pool. the building is just few minutes walking to the beach, one of the most beatiful of the island. the owner - and all his family - has been kind and nice, you can count on him for any kind of help, a suggestion about the places to...

When booking this room it says "price per room, including taxes" but there is a fee on 3 euro per night that you will need to pay at the hotel. -very loud, and noisy students living in the hotel. -the breakfast was not as good as one could expect from a 4 star hotel. Mostly eggs.. Different kind of eggs (scramble, fried), bread, ham and cheese. No vegetables, f...

One of the nicest accommodations, really clean and comfortable. The bus stop from corfu is just in front, with cheap restaurants, grocery store, and most importantly, the beautiful beaches and the La Gratta all located within a stone's throw away. The kitchenette is fully functional and fully equipped, so we cooked breakfast and sat out in the balcony. The shower curt...

+ : swimming pool and garden with sunbeds, kitchen, big room with balcony, quiet, parking, free old broken bikes lended, free lift to the bus stop. _ : a bit far from town on foot, the stove on the oven that keeps heating unless you unplug it,curtain shower too short,no breaks on the bikes. We had a good time there, peaceful in our flat, relaxing in the garden, enjoying Sid...

Our room was an “upgraded “one as we booked through booking .com, the staff constantly commented on it as did some of the guests, as though were special.Never got a subbed as they were reserved with towels by 7.45am or some days earlier but the management didn’t care,so we didn’t use the facilities. Our bathroom was shabby & when you had a shower the water didn’t drain...

The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly, it made the biggest difference for me in feeling good and welcome there. Love the terrace, garden and sun-lounges! The only downside was the cooker and the shower - both not working properly. But overall - highly recommended!

We had a truly fantastic stay for 10 nights beginning of September 2015. Staff were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful upon arrival and departure. The apartment was perfect, although small had everything required even small touches like a new sponge and washing liquid, salt and pepper which are essential in self catering accommodation. The room was very clean ...

We really enjoyed our stay, nice hotel with a lovely balcony and a pool. Very beautiful view of mountains. Clean, frendly and a very nice family who worked there. We can really recommend it. You need a car or a bike because it´s a long walk to the beach, but with car only a few minutes.

The family are very welcoming and informative. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for our needs and the wifi was excellent! As a starting point to get your bearings if it's your first time wondering about Corfu I would recommend the Panorama, the price is noticeably cheaper than staying in Corfu town. You have an excellent view of planes landing and taking off ...

I have been in many hotels in 30+ countries and I experienced Nikos to be the most genuinely friendly and caring hotel proprietor. Corfu has wonderful nature, beaches, olive groves, hill walks, super clean sea, abundant, fruit trees, great restaurants.... Arillas has its own beach and is conveniently located 4km from other beaches. Nikos Kokkinos has both 1 bedroom s...

We did spend a great vacation at 75 steps apartment! Hotel offers free lift from messongi bus stop to the hilltop located hotel, which is really important for traveller without car. People at 75steps are warm hearted and service minded. As a plus, the restaurant boasts one of the best view over the sea and island corfu. Strongly recommend!

Positives - the team in the kitchen and the lovely driver Negatives- if you’re looking for an all inclusive place to share with over 800 people, where you can forget you’ve even travelled to a Greek island this might be the place for you. On arrival we were ‘upgraded’ from what looked online to be a bungalow with a large terrace and a direct sea view to a room in the...

I found this hotel by chance and was very please. It was a little out of town so very relaxing, no noise but still close enough to be able to walk into town. I had a big lovely clean room that came with all you need. The pool area and garden was beautiful. The best thing was probably how friendly the staff was. I enjoyed my stay there very much and hope that I will b...

first of all they gave us a room that was half underground, it smelled mold and had the drainage in front of the window!we killed more than 10 bugs a day! the aircondition made that much of a noise tha we couldn t sleep! we asked a map of the town and the recepsionist said that costs 2 euros!

Our villa was lovely. Good amenities, spacious, comfortable and clean. Their breakfast is very good. We had lot's of room to spread out & were very comfortable here for 5 nights. Probably best to hire a car if you are staying here, as it is about 40 minutes from Corfu Town. We were more than happy with our stay. Thank you

We had just the most beautiful view from our balcony of the ocean and the sun setting every evening. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We were greeted by the lovely George and Sofia on arrival and they made sure we could settle in immediately. They had their very cute dog with them and she was so adorable! We had lovely hosts and a lovely stay.

Facilities are great. Stone stairs everywhere and steep - older travelers may not be able to navigate to bungalow, pool, beach and other amenities. Food in main hotel area is buffet style and pricey. No small cafe for coffee or tea. Staff is cordial but no concierge or help for travelers. Seems best suited for a destination resort vacation. Very cold in mid April...
