Okay naman, malinis, okay ang air conditioning at accomodating ang staff. Ang pinaka naging issue lang nung time ko eh wala silang generator kapag walang kuryente, though may emergency light naman

The location was near SM City Sorsogon which makes it convenient to get meals from. The room size is OK, perfect size for a solo traveler, with a bed that is comfortable and with soft pillows. WiFi can be reliable at times but network signals used for regular SMS could be difficult to get as with the other areas of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. They do not go and clean the rooms on a daily basis which was just fine for me as I have no need for it, but you can request the front desk if you wish to have your towels changed often.

Hello Good Morning! My stay here was nice one, clean place and very helpful staff The only problem that I encounter is that, when morning comes, I fixed water at the hot and cold dispenser and when water was gone, i told the staff to add a new one because Im still going to get more water and the staff says that they will not refill it again because that service water is for the staff only. When I checkin a day before that, I ask if the water is FREE and the previous staff said that I can get water on the dispenser and the next staff disagree on that. They have different point for that so I will not recommend this and their customers satisfaction should be their priority. Hope they do something about this.

The inn was nice, staff was accommodating. We came early as our check in time but they still manage to arrange for an early check in. Normally some other hotel will just stick as hard on the policy for check in but us travelling from manila and came a little bit early this is a big deal for us. We will give 5 star for the whole stay plus for the speakers and tv well functioning tv. Will stay again here
