    “Clean and good location”

    The room was clean and beds comfortable. Did have some tiles lifting and one lamp had a short. Water pressure was a little lacking. We only stay get ready for the day and leave so for what we needed it was good. The staff were very friendly as well.

    “Good value, nice room”

    Pros: super convenient location Cheap (I paid $*** for king bed room) Free breakfast next door (add $* upgrade to buffet) Bed was comfy Spacious room Has elevator Plenty of parking Cons: Floor of room is quite dirty Can hear next door fighting. Called staff requesting to change room. They said all full but we saw a lot of empty rooms while we walk around the property. Staff said would come up to tell next door to keep quiet but never did. Charge $* fee upfront without saying before I booked. Free breakfast is lame. But once ungraded to buffet was good.

    “Clean, no bugs, nice staff”

    When we got there, and went to our assigned room, it was not handicapped accessible as I had noted I had to have thru booking. I couldn't even get thru door of bathroom. The staff said only had 2 handicapped and both taken, and booking agent did not specify handicapped. They offered to let me use their bathroom in office during our stay, which meant going from 3rd flr to office just to potty and no shower. Unacceptable. So they had us come back to office return key to 341, and they *found* handicap. Right. Next. Door. 342. Soooo we once again carried all our stuff back up. Elevator was barleyyyy big enuf for my wheelchair. At 2am as I was preparing for bed and was half dressed I heard someone outside our door and suddenly our door opened and a very surprised couple had unlocked our door saying that's the room given them too! Wow!!!! I explained about handicapped situation and they needed to go back to office for reassignment. Sooo that was frightening and vfunny. Staff was nice, very sorry for all confusion, and the rooms were clean and bug free. Plenty of towels,etc and pillows. All clean. Place needs updated, but it'll serve purpose. Reasonable rates pet friendly and right on main drag of Pigeon Forge attractions etc

    “Rooms”

    OK, service was fine but the rooms were not. Rooms are tight with 2 queen beds and the bathroom is tiny. Pool is nice but each time had bird feathers in it. I would not want to stay there too long with only a stack of pancakes as the breakfast option.

    “NOT ANIMAL LOVERS”

    I had 2 rooms. I paid both deposits and pet deposit. Almost 2 weeks later I've not got my deposits back. I call and dude that answers the phone at 11:15 today june 27th and was told animals arent allowed on the bed. Why? Because they shed. No where is it stated because I wouldn't had stayed there and neither would most of pet owners. I'm sure Imma have to call attorney to get my money back. Other then this dude the rest of the staff are great.. pass the word around about this place.. my dogs go where I go and sleep with me..
