room is clean, pillow soft which is ok for me,theres water heater and fridge inroom atleast and there is water refill station in the lobby,bare minimum facilities. airconditioning fan in our room is noisy which made sleeping a bit of a challenge and i had earplugs on. we had two rooms for four of us, booked and paid for in advance but unfortunately we were given different floors despite requesting on booking so something to take note of if its a concern,we have a senior with us and would have been convenient if we are on the same floor atleast. no issues with hotel staff booked here so we have a place to leave our stuff for US consul interview beware that the entrance to the hotel is constantly flooded, wasnt raining when we checked in but theres about a foot from what looks like a broken water pipe,you can find a shallow area to cross but the problem is if it rains, so we took a tricycle to embassy. not sure if the flooding is something the hotel can take action on but just writing here in case as fyi
