A Beautiful Grand Hotel”
We had a lovely 5night stay in a Deluxe King Harbour View room. The views were amazing and the room was modern and newly refurbished with luxurious bedding and linen. The hotel was close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was buffet style and there were many hot and cold choices. The food was amazing. The staff were very professional and very helpful from check in to check out. We are looking at staying at Pullman International next time we visit Cairns.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We stayed for 7 nights and every night perfect, staff so friendly and polite. Can not even slightly fault, clean rooms, clean pool, restocked room every day! Cheap breakfast and brand new rooms!! 10/10 Pullman

Early booking secured a great deal”
We got great value for money at a hotel we've been to multiple times by booking early. The upper floor room we were in could do with a refresh but from the outside it appears this is happening from the bottom up. Floors to the 11th appear freshly painted with refurbed balconies at least. Staff were all great, pool area undergoing unobtrusive maintenance and the restaurant very good with some very generous offers. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay.

The Pullman was excellent, while we stayed in one of the older rooms, it was clean and spacious, wonderful views over the harbour and casino - we had room service as we are not vaccinated (no discrimination) and it was amazing, spot on service and top shelf food and beverages. Thank you!

Exceptional views ”
We stayed on the 12 floor crn room beautiful view or river ocean and casino. Room a little dated (currently upgrading floor by floor) restaurant amazing and reasonably priced 2 course or 3 great service from staff Parking available at an additional $12 a night Overall I would highly recommend this hotel its close to everything woollies a block away and an array of restaurants in the area

Great Location, Great Architecture ”
5 days before our arrival they notified us that the spa would be closed and there will be some disturbing noises due to refurbishing. We stayed in an old room, it was dated but still ok. Pool was great. Breakfast is pricey $44 each. Nice atmosphere

Great location ”
Opposite the Casino, close to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. Harbour View room with balcony was very nice, room is quite spacious, Bed is on the firm side and pillows are not the best.
