The convenience to the convention center is great; a 1 minute walk. The room was small, but clean and orderly. The entire front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff are also friendly and very accommodating. The food is tasty. Even the room cleaners smiled and said good morning, etc. Pool and jacuzzi were peaceful and relaxing.

Exceptional”
Very professional staff at the reception, they are young and energized members who speak many languages. The room very clean and well housekeeping. Missing in the room is a slipper and a carpet for prayer. The good thing also is that you can get your costa coffee at the reception while checking out in the morning. I will always be happy to come back to this hotel.

The staff makes you feel like family!”
Travelling with kids sometimes require additional help from the staff, but the staff in this hotel treated us like family, my kids had a great time in the reception area. All the staff was like family, but Mr. Srinu at reception was exceptional. Thank you guys for the wonderful feeling you gave us, recommended for family with young kids. The attitude of the staff will make you totally worry free!! 5 stars!

Over all facility was at it's best level. However i forgot to take out my I PHONE charger & next day i had called if it's still there. The staff asked me to visit for collection. really great housekeeping & care for guests. thumbs up :)

Near the Metro”
The hotel is a stones throw away (1 short stop via Metro) from Downtown Dubai and has a lot of convenience stores near it. The staff is VERY accommodating especially the Filipino lady (Ericka?). She went out of her way to help us with our itinerary. Would definitely go back just for the service alone.

I really had a great stay in Premier Inn. Everything is organized and I never had any problem. Upon my checkin, there was some problem with the TV but with a simple call, it was addressed immediately. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I visited Premier Inn Abu Dhabi just at the onset of Ramadan in April 2021. It’s amazing the way the hotel was comfortable during the period of stay and support they provided from restaurant to the house keeping! Will recommend it for sure.
