Pigeon Forge City Center hotels & places to stay

I was visiting the Great Smokey Mountains NP - while Pigeon Forge town was not much to my liking, this hotel was great, much better than expected for the price. Great room and location 10 mins from the natural beauty of the national park.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong is when my fiance went into the bathroom he found a roach.

Ok the location was great 15 mins from Gatlinburg. Room next to us asked if we had big problem. She pulled up her sleeve had bites all over her arm. She said it was bed bugs, and she saw roaches!! It wasn't very clean!

Really nice room, very quite, and located away from the road. The only problem we had was with house keeping. They did not bring us any more cups during our stay, never left no more than 2 wash clothes. There were 4 of us in the room. Two days we got no hand towels too. We had to go to office to get any. Hotel was very conveniently located and staff very friendly and administratively coordinated. Bathrooms could use an upgrade.

A great place to stay . Extremely clean . Breakfast was excellent . Scrambled eggs , sausage links , waffles , apples hot and cold,cereal bread sweet rolls and more every day . The whole place offered more than expected . We will return. you won't go wrong staying here. 50 yard walk to Mama's . Very reasonal price .

Room was very clean, smelled nice. Beds very comfy which is a major ++. Will definitely be staying here again. Desk clerk was extremely nice. They aren’t cleaning rooms until you check out because of Covid, but that was fine with us, we didn’t want ours cleaned til then anyway. 5 stars!!!

The room was clean. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Received free all you can eat pancakes at the onsite restaurant. Staff was friendly and check in/out was easy and quick. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, staff friendly, the rooms are dated, but clean.

Breakfast is amazing. Hot, fresh. Good coffee. Bed was adequate, not above average. Cable TV was spotty, interference on some channels. WIFI below average. Pool area clean, with hot hot tub. Location perfect.

My stay at the Best Western was restful and relaxing. The kind of stay I would recommend to anyone.

Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Winery is right next to the hotel.

The location is great and the price is reasonable during the peam summer season in Pigeon Fort, TN. This is 2 star hotel so do not expect anything beyond what it is and you will satisfactory and happily stay here. The hotel is next to the creek and you can even stroll in it and enjoy.

Very clean

Hotel was in a great location and was very reasonably priced. It's like a motel. Room was fairly clean, bed was decent. Breakfast was more than I expected given the price and type of hotel. We were only there for sleeping in-between travels, and it got the job done.

Served purpose well - clean and comfortable, very easy access from the highway and could park the car very close to the room. Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the room was very clean. This was our second stay at Twin Mountain and I will stay there again when in the area.

I thought the room was pretty my wife thought it was Gaudy. It was right next to several rides but they want working when we were there was Quiet. When you went out the back go on there was a small river there that was pretty when you go out the front door you see the strip. It was in the middle of everything that's what you came for.

My girlfriend and I booked this room and the price we paid was stellar considering all the amenities this room had to offer. It was her first visit to Pigeon forge and the unit was a great first impression of the Smokies. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
