"It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we were going into our room. There is also no option for just family as it was my sister and myself but n this trip as we were visiting friends and shopping. "
