Won't allow 1 hour early check in. Even if rooms are available. Strick check out. Breakfast: dirty plates/ broken handle tea cups, pathetic seating arrangement, By 9:30 am all labor will be eating along with you. Vada/idli/rice/upma only options. Environment: Full Islamic environment, signs, sound, wall hangings in room. You will be given only one towel per 2 poeple, Asked for additional got next day after follow-up. only 2 medimix soap what you get in bathroom. Won't set bed or do room service when you are out. You need to be in room and call them for that. No shampoo, only 500 ml water per person, unprofessional staff. Forgot my jacket at reception but no one called me, even after 3 days.

It's a hotel which has illegal activities happening. The place was so dirty. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The area was so shady. For the same price we get much better places

Good location but badly managed staff and rooms”
Hotel is having good location but staff is very poorly managed, room sizes are good but linens are not replaced, too many mosquitos, no breakfast before 8 AM, better to avoid. No focus on sustainability, water taps are badly leaking. Waited almost 30 minutes to get the room inspite of prepaid order.

Recommendation, don't fall for the pics displayed of rooms, service is most horrible in comparison to all hotels combined where we have stayed by far. Washrooms not cleaned. Bedsheets and curtains filled with stains, literally have to beg for towels every day. Food from local stall nearby would taste much better. Try looking for another place

I usually, don't put bad review untill it's worst at extream. I had to stay in this hotel for 10 days. Because mh company already booked it and made the payment. They do not use to clean room on daily basis. Do not provide water. Breakfast had no taste, utensils were not cleaned. Took more than a week to give bill even after multiple visit.
