Can’t get more with location that linking hotel together with pavilion shopping mall. Conveniently allowed me to drop my shopping bags. Nearby with lotsa of good food from restaurants in the shopping mall to local KL delight foodie just 7 mins walk away eg. Imbi Road Fatt Kee Hokkian Mee, Imbi Porkball Noodle both at Restoran Win Heng Seng and Sun Fong Bak Kut Tea just 9 mins walk away too! The hotel staffs are friendly with very clean room and not to forget their breakfast is superb with lotsa variety that changes menu daily. Will love to stay Pavilion hotel again on my next visit!

Great Hotel with Pavilion Mall”
Great hotel with Pavilion Mall located next to hotel. This hotel is a must stay. My family stayed 4 days 3 nights in this hotel. It is so convenient as Pavilion Mall is just downstairs and link to the hotel. It also has a bridge link to KLCC. Hotel has a executive lounge if stay at club floor. We enjoyed the use of the executive lounge. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Toilets are fully equipped with essential toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and bathroom shampoo, conditioner , bathing gel and body lotion. The best is the hotel's breakfast at the courtyard. Staff is also very polite and efficient. My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Greeted with all smiles from everyone working at Pavilion Hotel. It was definitely an amazing experience indeed. Although at first was needed to wait a while for our room to get ready, we were served with choices of drinks at the club lounge. Cocktail hour 5.30pm-7.30pm was also served at the club lounge to enjoy small delights. Love how clean the room was and super comfortable to sleep in. Bathtub was definitely the highlight of the room. Breakfast were given to choose either to dine at Club Lounge or The Courtyard at Level 8. We dined at Level 8 and spoil with choices cause there were too many to choose from. We had an issue as we parked at pavilion mall instead of the hotel, Mr Roshidi has been a delight in making our stay as comfortable as possible the moment we step into Club Lounge and helped us to settle the parking issue. Definitely a lovely experience which we’re more than happy to come back again next time. Thank you very much to the team of the hotel.

Loved the location. Staff very friendly..had the in-room dining for 2 nights n was attended by Nurul the Operator. She was very attentive, warm n customer oriented. Very rare to get such service now adays. From the moment we reached the driveway till up to the Reception..staff were friendly n had a good vibe. Breakfast was superb! And the atmosphere was friendly. We sat outdoor and we loved it The only downside is the tv channels that were listed. Dear Management, please add more channels. Thank you!! Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband for our honeymoon. Right off the bat the staff that welcomed you at the entrance lobby outside and inside were all so welcoming and helped us with our luggage as we walked from Pavillion Suites to Pavilion Hotel (our taxi driver dropped us at the wrong location). Every single time without doubt we were greeted by the staff in the most courteous way throughout our whole stay. The breakfast selection was plenty and I enjoyed having dragon fruit as one of the fruit options there as buffet (rare to see dragon fruit being an option for fruit at other hotels). The fruit drink station was a good idea, whereby you could get freshly pressed juice in front of you. The pastries were abundant and tasted delicious. The room we stayed in was the City Oasis, and the shower was massive with the waterfall shower. One thing that I was quite taken aback by, considering that Banyan Tree is a five star hotel, our duvet had a smudge mark situated right at the area where it was noticeable when pulling up the blanket to our faces. I was not impressed, and if that mark was very stubborn to come off, I would have suggest to make sure the duvet is flip to the other end, where the mark would not be so noticeable. The swimming pool on the upper floor was nothing to be wowed about, but the gym seemed well equipped with modern equipment. Another thing, Banyan Tree prides itself on stating that they would do their best in assisting the needs of their guests. However, when being in a desperate situation of needing a feminine hygiene product badly (due to that time of the month), I called guest services to only be told that they could not provide it due to hygiene purposes. I didn’t inquire or be bothered to try and persuade for the staff to give me a single feminine hygiene product because of not having the energy to converse. Thereafter, I panicked to find a way to try and get one and not being able to leave the hotel room because I didn’t h

Location wise, this is a great hotel where you can just go down literally into city center. The room was spacious and comfortable though there carpet feels sticky (no issue if you are wearing the provided slippers. Love the breakfast buffet spread. We also tried weedend night BBQ buffet as well and it was great! The grilled beef is one of my favorites so far. When we checked in, we arrived a bit early around 2 pm and we were told that we will receive a call after room cleaning (as we requested for highest possible floor, we were told that our room will be on 13th floor which hasn’t finished cleaning). so we went down for some shopping in the mall. However, we didn’t receive any call up to 3pm so when we go back to reception, the lady told us that the room on 13th floor was still not ready yet and changed to 12th floor. All in all, a great place, the food is nice, room is spacious and staffs are helpful. Would stay again.

The moment we arrived by car, we were so well greeted. The posture, attitude and helpfulness of the staff is easily one of the best we have experienced. Rooms are so clean. Breakfast spread was wonderful with quality spread. Service at breakfast was awesome, and the view / ambience at the breakfast venue is just fantastic. Truly a 5 star experience.

I booked Urban King Room during my stay and I enjoyed it very much. The room is very spacious and clean. I love the huge bathtub especially ! The staff were very welcoming as soon I stepped out of my vehicle. They even brought my luggage to my room straight away. Free breakfast and wifi. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so they were so near many shopping malls. Had a great pampering session just nearby my hotel! I would definitely return for their great hospitality. We arrived early and didn't expect to be able to check in. The front desk staff was amazing and managed to get us the room within the hour. They also included balloons and a pillow cake (as I mentioned it was my wife's birthday). They even gave us a slice of cake the next day so the service is excellent. The breakfast on the other hand, wasn't that great but that could be a personal preference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

I arrived well before (12:00) the check in time (15:00) and the hotel was extremely busy. Valet parking was excellent. As with all hotels during endemic staff shortages are evident However the target check in time of 15:00 was maintained. The room club was well presented and clean. During COVID there is no dedicated check in / check out or lounge. However many of the club benefits were still offered. During the tsunami times of arrival and departure, the staff and elevators were overwhelmed. This comment from a friend. Again all staff we’re trying their best to meet the needs and possibly exceed my expectations One of many examples of , meeting customers expectations, was at about 22:00 I went to the COURT YARD restaurant. I was looking for a simple burger, the staff explained that they were actually closed. But she would ask the Chef if he could help. To be honest I said no need I felt that the Chef and kitchen had done enough for the day. Morning breakfast was satisfactory and again the staff were willing to help. The Restraunt was not busy at the time. Check out at about 10:00 , most of the clients were having breakfast or still asleep! All in all I was very satisfied. Well done team. Thank you

Travelling with a toddler for the first time, it was the best decision to stay in the club room. From checking in, breakfast, tea time and checking out are in done comfortably in private space. Wish we stayed longer.

The room is pretty big and the toilet is clean as well! My partner and I had a great time resting here and the location is just right beside the Pavilion Mall which is the heart of Bukit Bintang! Will definitely come again for another time for my weekend getaway!

Pavilion is strategically located in Bukit Bintang. Right beside a mall and key sites like Petronas is walkable. The hotel itself us beautiful. Nice, comfortable room. Bathroom is clean and brand new looking. Generous with free water. Hotel team was helpful in check in, airport transfer request & handling inquiries. Some areas that can be improved on: Breakfast selection. It was massive but majority of the viands were not friendly for all palates. Restaurant servers were too quick to get your plate. Bidet is too hard and a bit difficult to control but yay! They have bidet.. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book here again

Did not expect to be a club member when i booked the particular room in Agoda. The service was superb when we were given to enjoy their club services when i booked the room. Apart from that, they gave us free service to their club lounge, they allowed us to do laundry (3 pcs of clothing) for free. Their Jade Pavilion restaurant also served the best dishes of Chinese cuisine foods, which the recommeded for us to try.

A Truly 5 Star Experience ”
The room is spacious and clean with full amenities. The staffs are polite and professional. The location is way too awesome which could be directed to Pavilion Mall through tHe hotel. Love the club lounge which we can access to and the sky pool. We had an overall 3D2N experience in the Urban Studio Room and we will definitely come back again. The only thing that need to improve will be the breakfast buffet as the foods are quite below average.

The room is very organized and clean. We are able to capture the hustle and bustle of the city view. The room's lighting is very romantic, however, it's a little dim for us. In addition, the bathroom basin in our room was clogged, but the water still flows slowly out.

Room was very comfortable, and clean and definitely met our expectations of a hotel managed by Banyan Tree. Did not have time to use the facilities, but did have the buffet breakfast, which had a wide spread and service was attentive. Location was fantastic, linked to Pavilion mall so that was also very convenient.
