"Very impressed by the location, ambience, staff performance, and incredible hot cooked breakfast. Free internet down stairs, beautiful modern furniture in the lobby. Lovely big rooms. Only thing negative is that we were next to a building had loud rubbish bin removal at 7;00 a.m. Otherwise, couldn't fault anything more. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. You can hear traffic and people on the main street. Not very sound proof. We heard people talking in the corridors and next door. Room 303. Try and request a room at the back or right side of hotel-facing the river. Don't pay for parking. We found a car park on the street. Saved $16. Would definetly come back for sure next time im in Parramatta."

"My daughter and I spent 5 nights here and found everything in the apartment that we needed for a home-away-from home stay. The kitchen was well appointed and having a washing machine and dryer in the room very useful. The beds were just as comfortable as our beds at home! Our only criticism was the floor was a bit dusty/dirty which we didn't realise until we took our shoes off and looked at the bottom of our bare feet! However, I would stay here again as the proximity to Parramatta train station/Westfields shopping centre at a walking distance."

It is conveniently located in the city centre of Parramatta, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional! The room is small and has a constant unpleasant smell. The room also needs major refurbishment. There is zero entertainment in this hotel, the hotel bar closes quite early. There are not that many hotels in Parramatta, so perhaps this is still one of the better choices. "
