"Great! It was very comfortable and affordable. Close to the places I needed to go. I attended a conference in Parramatta and it was the closest and most affordable I could get. I had a small problem at first, where my payment details hadn't been processed but that was resolved relatively quickly and I was able to get to my room. However, overall it was a great stay. "

"Since my last stay at this Hotel there has been a major rebuilding program that has transformed it from a run down & poorly maintained premises into one of the best (mid range) Commercial (Business) Hotels in Parramatta. The friendliness & helpfulness of the Staff was note worthy. It is well above "average" for an Australian Suburban Hotel The room had been extensively renovated to a good standard, however the make over in the Bathroom was less satisfactory with the old plumbing fittings on the shower etc, still as they were some years ago. The shower head sprayed water in all directions, despite attempts to adjust it "correctly". There was, however, adequate hot water at good pressure & it did not seem to vary when other Guests used their facilities. The food variety in the Restaurant was of good quality & the breakfast more than adequate with a good variety ( buffet style). Parking was available on the grounds at a very reasonable cost - $ 7.00 per day. The undercover parking was always "full up", but there appeared ti be adequate Security patrolling the open car park areas. I had no problems with damage to or interference with my Vehicle. I would certainly stay at this establishment again. I think it was good value for the money spent."

"This exurban hotel in Parramatta is a convenient base for business travelers in the Sydney area. A 10-minute walk to Parramatta station gets you to the Sydney Trains system. The area immediately surrounding the hotel offers a bunch of restaurant choices, as well. The hotel is on the pricey side, including the $32 AUS breakfast. "

"My daughter and I spent 5 nights here and found everything in the apartment that we needed for a home-away-from home stay. The kitchen was well appointed and having a washing machine and dryer in the room very useful. The beds were just as comfortable as our beds at home! Our only criticism was the floor was a bit dusty/dirty which we didn't realise until we took our shoes off and looked at the bottom of our bare feet! However, I would stay here again as the proximity to Parramatta train station/Westfields shopping centre at a walking distance."

"The 175 is a fabulous place to stay for a night or 2 weeks. It is right across the road from Westmead hospital, 5 minute walk to the station that will get you all around Sydney. A quick 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk to Parramatta. I had a Queen room for 1 night. The room was immaculate, the bathroom gleamed, the kettle was clean, the bed was really comfortable., and there is room service and fresh milk . As well as cable TV & movies and most importantly, Free Fast Wi-fi! I was very impressed with the service,. The staff are friendly, helpful, and are happy you are there. It is the little things that count. I will be staying again. I recommend this place over any 5 star in the area. It's highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay. 😁"

"The room is clean. It is conveniently located in the city centre of Parramatta, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional! It is conveniently located in the city centre of Parramatta, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional! The room is small and has a constant unpleasant smell. The room also needs major refurbishment. There is zero entertainment in this hotel, the hotel bar closes quite early. There are not that many hotels in Parramatta, so perhaps this is still one of the better choices. "
