Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms, big breakfast variety with a lovely view of Dubai city. The location was perfect for us. Minutes walk to the Metro, shopping center across the road and loads of restaurants right next door. Loved the pool with a fantastic view of Dubai, especially at night. Good value for money. Extremely good access to places of interests, markets and food joints. You have space around the property for a relaxed stroll enjoying the sunlight or evenings with breeze. In property dining is very good with enough options if you do not want to venture out. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. From check in to check out , the staff throughout has been outstanding. The day that we had to depart from the hotel it was pouring out with heavy rain and the bell boys went out of their way to get our luggage in the boot of the taxi even though they were drenched. Overall a wonderful stay for my family. Last but not least the cleanliness and respect of covid protocols is top notch.

Great staff from the bell boys to the restaurant staff. Cannot fault any of them. Rooms were always cleaned on time and all amenities provided. Great variety of food at breakfast and really tasty. A lot of restaurants very near hotel. The metro station is a 10mins walk. Overall fantastic stay.

We are a couple & stayed here for a night. Everything was excellent from room, amenities, view, & most especially the staff! We booked for our first wedding and the lovely staff had given us a complimentary cake for that. So sweet. We did enjoy our stay and it even exceeded our expectation! Property was in a great location, minutes walk from the shopping Malls and restaurants. The wonderful staffs at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every single details of our stay. Beds are comfy, beautiful lighting and powerful shower. Excellent room service. The staff from reception, front desk were all fabulous a real asset to the hotel they really made our stay very special. I definitely will come back here on my next visit to Dubai.

Nothing is special. Not really sure why it is 5 star when in fact their blankets are cheap. Not a comforter. Not a duvet. It’s just a blanket that they cover it with white color and when u pull it out on the bed it shows the inside of it. Not sure if its clean. Ughhh

Love this hotel. Friendly staff and reception. Very convenient to nearby metro station burjaman. And burjaman mall. And so much of restaurants. Indian food mostly. Of course there’s is other restaurants option if you don’t like Indian food. Room wise. It’s prefect. I got free upgraded to suite room. I’m impressed. Breakfast was superb. Nice view. I enjoyed my Dubai stay.

So many hotel choices, it's usually my choice.”
I have stayed in almost every hotel in dubai. Park Regis is one of my very few go to hotels when I'm there now. It's not the cheapest but it's certainly not the most expensive. The rooms are great and the staff is wonderful each and every time. I'll admit I dont use the hotel bar or restaurant except for maybe once. The food was good and the price for food was normal (which is to say food is expensive in dubai hotels). My company uses the moevenpick in bur dubai, which is better. It is also more expensive at every turn. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the park regis. They also offer some smoking rooms on the 10th and 11th floor if you're a smoker you'll understand how those are becoming harder to find. Also, burjuman mall is directly across the street. It's a good choice for shopping and food. Dominos, pizza hut, kfc are all right down the street less than 5 minute walk. Spinneys grocery is across the street as well. There is a carrefour grocery attached to burj.

The property is super like a five star.Pros :- It is close to meena bazaar,Burjuman and Burj Dubai.Lots of Indian restaurants and fast food joints nearby.Good infinity swimming pool. Cons:- lower floors has music noise from club 7 joint and hence recommend to book deluxe rooms.

All in all, a classy hotel with fantastic facilities at a more than reasonable rate. Enjoyed their breakfasts, happy hours, and the rooftop pool is brilliant. Only small issue was with a couple of the cleaners. They insisted on coming into the room even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" card on the door. I had to tell one young man, who spoke good English, several times that I didn't want the room cleaned before he left. It was a little annoying but it didn't ruin the stay. A very nice hotel.

Ive stayed here in 2018 for 4 nts. Now having a few weeks here . Near Metro and small community at the back side with lots of great restaurants etc there . The Park Regis takes some beating for me. Great roof top pool too.
