Amazing stay”
It was amazing stay with my family. All have enjoyed the time spent at this wonderfull hotel. Thanks to the warm hospitality by front desk specially Mr. Aditya. Hotel resturants, services, beach and surroundibg facilities are so clean and hygine, all family members have enjoyed it and we'll plan to come back soon.

I stayed at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for six nights in July 2021. I would not recommend Abu Dhabi in the summer months, but it was a great pleasure to stay at the Park Hyatt. Everything was lovely from the delicious breakfasts to the wonderful staff who was always courteous, professional, and delightfully friendly. I was by myself so I really appreciated the conversations I had with Mary Love and others in the dining room and throughout the hotel. They even cheerfully made change for me at the Front Desk. (This is my secret test to see how high a hotel's service level is.) I highly recommend this hotel and hope you will be able to stay

Luxurious and beautiful ”
Everything was excellent. Specially the front desk staff. Ms Alona in the front deskif i remember her name correctly is just so polite and accommodating. The rest of the staff is also good I was disappointed with ordering the food and room service though. They took 2 hours to deliver a pizza.

Just what I needed”
I almost chose another hotel over the Park Hyatt but saw a great price for the dates that I had wanted. I'm so happy that I chose this hotel as the staff made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at the door until I left two days later. The staff are highly trained and probably the most professional in any hotel in Abu Dhabi in the five years that I have been here. I was upgraded to a sea view room and the view was spectacular of the pools and beach! The rooms were a great size and the staff made sure we always had a bowl of fresh fruit, and the room had a Nespresso machine. The only downside to my visit was the high prices of food in the restaurants.

The experience I had at Park Hyatt was out of this world ! From the day I booked the property until the time I checked out everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and hospitality was on point. The beach view suit was so amazing !! Super clean, chic and beautiful. We enjoyed the sun and the pool with complete privacy and the we had an delicious lunch looking at the beach. The kitchen, bathroom and living room in equipped with all needed items. Back to the pool, which was a master piece ! The size, design and cleanliness of it scored 100/100. Room service and guest service were extremely pleasant to deal with. I'm booking the same suit again to enjoy after 3 weeks from now ! Can't wait for that date to come.

A wonderful stay”
It was a very nice stay at the Park Hyatt. The room with sea view was spacious and clean with high standards. The beach was great as well so as the pool. 5 stars on that! However the service did not reflect the price of the hotel. Too many small things that will catch your eye... Apart from that was this a very expensive stay. If you don't worry about $$$ then go for it. My personal rating is 4.5 Stars.

Perfect Winter Break”
We decided to have a two night break after new years eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Dubai and we were not disappointed. The hotel was beautiful and the beach was bliss. The staff were so attentive and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The only negative, which is a small point, is the hairdryers in the room. I am aware that they cut off for safety reasons but it gets quite frustrating when it cuts off every 30secs - especially if you have long hair. All in all we had a lovely break and this Hyatt should be proud of the high standards they are meeting.
