Booked the one bedroom executive suite for New Years. We received a room on the 20th floor with a spectacular view of Bugis/Haji Lane. Arrived early and was granted early check-in :) Staff were friendly and helpful too! The location is very convenient, there is even a minimart and 7-11 downstairs to shop for last minute snacks. The infinity pool was clean and had a view of the Singapore Flyer. Tip: Request for a high floor! Get the premium suite if you prefer the view with the Singapore Flyer :)

•Location is wonderful • There is a limit of 3 visitor and required to leave at 10:30pm. It was disappointing at the start as I have visitors coming and is more than 3. Thankfully, hotel relationship manager managed to make some arrangement for me. •Room amenities is wonderful, whatever you need is all there. •There is convenient store just right beside the hotel, convenient to buy anything that you have missed out •The fridge is wonderful, not those mini fridge that usually see in majority hotel. Is those huge one just like household usage. •TV channel is a bit limited, but still good enough. It will be great if more channel variety or tv allow screen mirroring •Overall, value for money.

Clean, spacious, bright room”
Very satisfied with the stay. Bed was huge and comfortable. Everything is maintained well and clean. Just thought the choice of sofa was a little weird as it slides off to the front, revealing the gap behind which could trap hair and dust. Luckily we didn’t see any of those. Overall very recommended!

We were very happy with our choice of choosing this over a hotel. 1stly, the service suite was huge in comparison to any hotel rooms. The entire apartment including the kitchenettes and fridge is very clean. the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and equipments in good condition + clean. Good full sized fridge and freezer. The views from the living room, bedroom and pool is amazing! Their service was impeccable too. We very very impressed from start to end of the staycay and are still reminiscing on the experience. Wanted to need our stay to an additional night but they were fully booked out. This is now our new go to place when we are craving for a staycay. A MUST PLACE TO GO FOR STAYCATION ”
If you ask me what’s the best thing about this hotel , i love would say “Everything” the service the staff the cleanliness the facilities the room are absolutely GOOD!!!!!!!!!! The staff are friendly, the hotel room are 101% clean. The moment i step into the room, i felt like home. The location is the best. You’re surrounded with so many good food, best part is just beside the hotel lobby there is a 7-eleven which means you don’t have to walk so far to get the things you need. Awesome isn’t it. Check in wise abit slow but i understand because of the covid 19 hence the check in part is a lil bit too slow. But overall i LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Studio Apartment Staycation ”
Great location. Stone throw from all the food heaven in Arab St. The studio suite apartment is clean with everything working well. Had the Arab St view and high floor which is amazing. But the executive room does not come with a bathtub. But you will get the full amenities in it. Fridge, oven, cooking area and a washing machine! Lovely isn’t it. We did pop in our laundry the night prior to check out. The swimming pool view is awesome too!

The room is great for relaxing/chilling, and to work from, and the bed is really comfortable which is a great plus point. The location is also ideal, being conveniently located not too far from the train station, and there are convenient stores just outside the entrance. Loved the stay, would be glad to return again in the future.

For a long stay in Singapore, pan pacific offers a home away from home. Washer, cooker with utensils, a small living room, free breakfast and daily room cleaning. The location is in area near lots of food, shopping yet not too crowded. Staff are top notch, attend to the needs of the tenants. Would return my stay whenever in Singapore.

This is my return stay, liked it so much the first time and still like it fetched much. Room is spacious, luxurious and clean. Location is convenient and accessible and me and my boyfriend cook in the apartment. Infinity pool is nice and long. Will definitely come back and stay again!

Just opposite to kampong glam and a 10-15min walk to suntec/bugis. Lots of good eats and massage places around. Room had a kitchenette and washer with dryer. Pool was great with an awesome view of marina bay. House keeping girl and counter staff are all extremely nice and patient. Had a great stay with our young boy. Would love to come back again!

Was celebrating my partner’s birthday and it all when smoothly. The room is big and spacious enough to decorate and the best thing is that, they provide washing machine as well in the room. With this, we do not need to do laundry outside but with our own comfort of hotel.
