Worth it if you are looking for a budget place and it is like a homestay more than a hotel but with certain hotel facility. Cleanliness: Not bad and they do housekeeping daily if required. Facilities: Good. The building is a bit old and there is no elevator but luckily it is not a very tall building so walking up is not very difficult. The wash basin is outside of the toilet which is a bit weird for those not use to it. If you are looking for laundry service, just go out of the building and you will see many washing machine in front of it. Location: Perfect as a lot of food and popular spot just within walking distance. There are 2 7 Eleven just within a few mins walk so very convenient. Not noisy and the area not jam so it is a good resting place after a long day out. Service: The lady at the lobby is very friendly and helpful. When we ask for iron, she offer her own iron for us to use. Value for money: Yes very very worth it. Will book it again and will also recommend it to my family and friends.
