An average apartment”
We booked a 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment for an overnight stay in Canberra. We arrived late after a long drive and found out that there was only 1 split aircon and it was in the lounge. No aircons in the bedroom. The advertisement was very misleading. That was a very hot day and the apartment was on the top floor. The bedrooms were like an oven. I called the after hours number to ask for fans and I was told that they can arrange them in the morning which was no good as we were going to check out in the morning. Anyway we found the fans in the wardrobes and used them. But these apartments are very dated. The carpet had holes in several places. The blinds were dirty. Only 1 small tube of shampoo was in the shower for 4 people. I told the reception in the morning that we were very un satisfied with our stay. Not recommended.

We love the Kingston location. It is close to everywhere we want to go in Canberra and has a nice little shopping centre that provides groceries, some shopping, cafes and a great pub lunch. The Oxley Court apartments are spacious and clean. The staff are lovely and efficient and the area is quiet and relaxing.

Very happy with everything at Oxley Court apartments, we had a 2 bedroom apartment which is bigger than our villa at home. Full kitchen, huge bathroom, big loungeroom with 2 sofas, desk & widescreen tv, very quiet, handy location within walking distance to two shopping centres, undercover parking area, clean & modern. Will stay here again & would recommend to friends.

not sure what's happened to canberra recently but the hotel prices are off the chart. found this place through agoda was really very good value for money compared to others i have stayed at. rooms are big and comfortable with everything you need. a bit basic from a decor point of view but for the money very good value.

Good priced self contained apartment”
This was a nice little apartment although a little difficult in the dark trying to find our room and a parking spot. To obtain the key I needed to access the safe box which was ok but I did stress me a little trying to work this out after a long drive. Besides this the unit was clean and warm and the beds comfortable. The only reason why I rated the staff a 1 was because I only interacted with them for less than a minute on checkout.

Apartment was clean and warm, but very basic. Very tired, old fashioned 1980s style dark and basic. Wi Fi did not work, neither did the hair dryer. Ok as a base for Canberra, but not if you want a bit of luxury for your stay. Overpriced.

I like the facilities offered. All in good condition as being advertised. Highly recommended for family vacation. Interent connection was ok except for the last day, our blackberry were not able to connect to the wireless interent for whole day.

Staff had turned the heater in prior to our arrival which was great as it was a cold day on arrival. I would definitely stay here again

Central location and near shops - very handy”
While the building is dated, the lounge/ dining, kitchen and bathroom are all very good size. Decor was slightly dated however, comfortable. There is no on-suite and a single bathroom.
