I think this is the best budget friendly hotel in shah alam territory. Firstly, it is so close to convenience shop. But for resto, i did not find my preferred halal resto nearby. The female receptionists are very great at their work. Should give them a raise and bonus! Also, i love that i got to park right in front of the hotel like a vvip. Anyway, great stay for us...
I used to love this hotel for its cleanliness in 2016-18, but my recent stay was disappointing. As someone with asthma, I struggled to sleep due to the excessive dust in the room, so much that I had to cover my nose with tissue. Only later did we realize the dust was visible on the sheets. When we raised this with the receptionist, we were blamed for not reporting it sooner as housekeeping was not available anymore. We even showed pictures of the dusty sheets for the receptionist to say they didn’t see a thing. A housekeeping staff member eventually changed the sheets but did so with a poor attitude. The lack of cleanliness was bad enough, but the service made it worse.

I was not very happy when I was rejected for upgrading my room because of no window and is fully booked. But overall the room and bathroom was clean and is only for 1 night so I go with it.
