Sleek and clean”
Needed a room for a layover and this hits the spot. Clean and sufficiently equipped with good quality items like TWG/Illy packs and I especially appreciated the good hair dryer. The only thing that bugged me was the auto switches that flashed too much the entire night for a light sleeper, and the shower with half glass that requires strategising so that the bathroom doesn't get flooded by water. Also worth highlighting is the courtesy and friendliness of all the hotel crews, always greeted with smiles!

My wife and I have stayed at One Farrer for over 15 to 20 visits by now. And in all these years of visits and stays, I would not even consider a different hotel in Singapore. Management , staff, cleanliness, hygiene, rooms. Location, cuisine, facilities all excellent and very well maintained to the highest standard . Lastly the pool . The largest , and most beautiful pool in Singapore. All in all Absolutly excellent and we have travelled the world at least twice over and one Farrer rates right up there. Thank you to Malek and Joni in the club lounge lounge and a special thank you to the GM Mr Gilbert Madhaven for his hospitality and genuine warmth to us and all guests. Thank you One Farrer. Returning back here twice again in 2023

Excellent stay”
Stayed at one Farrer for 17 nights in a club room after a 3 year break from travel. The GM Mr. Madhavan was as welcoming as ever. My room was filled with fine chocolates, fruit and a bottle of wine with a hand written welcome note. The club lounge staff deserves a special mention as due to covid restrictions there was only table service instead of buffets. Well watching them run around trying to please everyone with a smile and breaking sweat running around , they were so efficient and still managed a smile and a greeting. Really a very big thank you and my hat off to Malek, Joni, kannan and Sharon and of course chef. Thank you to all of you. I hope management appreciates how difficult it is for you behind the scenes . Food and drinks in the club lounge as well as the restaurant was of top quality and cleanliness. One Farrer pool area delightful as usual. Unfortunately due to covid the spa and sauna was closed understandably. Hotel was not run down, well maintained , friendly staff throughout and terrific location. It’s my 7th or 8th stay there and my wife and I together with all members of my family would not even consider another hotel in Singapore. As far as covid sanitation , they are right on top of that as well. You can move freely around the hotel without a feeling of catching anything. Very clean. Thank you Gilbert for a wonderful stay and see all of you again in the not too distant future.

One Farrer Hotel, a perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway! ”
I was there for a 3D2N staycation in their Skyline Studio with access to their exclusive Skyline lounge. From the start of my stay to my departure, everything was fantastic! Staff were courteous, professional and would go the extra mile to deliver excellent service. At their executive lounge, I met Malek who gave me a detailed introduction to the services available which greatly helped me plan my rest of the stay at the hotel. With access to the lounge, I was able to enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch and evening cocktails. Superb! While One Farrer Hotel has an Olympic-size pool at Level 6, I also got to enjoy the exclusive rooftop swimming pool just next to their lounge. They do have 24/7 workout facilities which I did not utilized as I was just there to pig out. Room wise, super comfortable, well-furnished, clean and spacious. I love the unblocked view of the city from my room and the bathroom - comes with bathtub! I was able to recharge and rest well in the soundproofed room. Shoutout to their wonderful General Manager, Gilbert for the warm welcome and complimentary refreshment and amenities on my arrival. One Farrer Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I am already looking forward to my next visit to the hotel! Do check out their Sky Villa units as they come with unique facilities such as exclusive bbq pits and private jacuzzi!

I think I might be addicted to this place”
Stayed here early September in their Skyline Studio. It was our 2nd stay. I'll start by saying I am a really picky person when it comes to hotels. I'll scour the rooms for flaws and if something bothers in the room e.g. If there's a strand of hair on the bed, I'll remember it forever 😂 Hotel - location wise it's great. It's a few minutes walk to Farrer Park MRT which one would consider pretty central. I find it a pity that the surrounding buildings kinda obscure the hotel itself, which I think contributes somewhat to its lack of popularity. (Which makes it quieter if you're into that 👀 I definitely LOVE it). The concierge, hallways, rooms and everywhere else are decked with art pieces and their descriptions everywhere. It does not come across as gimmicky at all. It's in fact really cool and somewhat calming. And if you're bored you can literally just walk around and admire the random art pieces scattered around. 10/10 for the general feel. Room - We got upgraded to the Studio from the Skyline Room and the size was huge. was told the rooms were newly renovated and I could see it - there were some dry concrete marks on the bathroom floor and also the sink which made it seem a little dirty. But when you try to clean it it doesn't come off so understandably the stains were still there because I'd think it was really tough to clean. It did make me question whether it was chemically washed post-renovation though. Regardless, I was satisfied as otherwise the cleanliness was topnotch, both in the rooms and the hotel in general. 9.5/10 (just for the renovation marks) Accessories - on top of the usual stuff you get bathrobes and pretty high end shampoo/soap. 10/10 Facilities - the gym is pretty big and there's a Smith machine as well which I think is a +++ because at least you can bench. Have stayed here more than a dozen times in the past few years, pre covid and post covid. This time my wife and I gave a surprise stay to our daughter and son in law. This is their statement as the booking was in my name. Wonderful as usual in every way. Staff from cleaning to reception to club lounge . Thank you Joni and Malek for being so lovely and accomodating. A big thank you to the general manager Mr. Gilbert Madhavan for organising a wonderful surprise upgrade . So much appreciated thank you. Stayed at One Farrer once again. This must be my wife and my more than a dozen stay at this hotel. Location perfect. Close to transport , eateries and shopping. Hotel room and facilities perfect once again. Staff were magnificent. Hotel GM , welcomed us as he always does , thank you Gilbert. Malek, Joni and staff at the club lounge couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you One Farrer once again. In the Maldives now and will be returning to One Farrer for a further 11 nights before heading back to Australia.

Nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff, good location.”
When we checked in, we were told that our bookings were not captured by the system. Not sure how that happened since i have made full payment before stay. Lady at reception told us to wait while they create the booking. It was a 20 minutes wait. However i think they did damage recovery well by upgrading us to mint premier without us asking. The view is very nice on the 18th floor. Breakfast is good too. Location is centralise, and MRT station is just beside. Cleaning staff even offered to clean our rooms since we did not ask for it after the 1st night.

It was really a fantastic experience... from the service, hotel room, amenities and the whole experience... 😊 i cant really believe that everyone is just polite and nice especially those who ate working ing the sky lounge.. they are very polite and accomodating.. the room is also very good, modern, very clean, and the artsy feels, they have almost everything that you would need to enjoy a good staycation except that they dont have netflix and youtube is limited, but still, the whole experience is very good. Will surely come back here ans recommend to my friends. 😊 Thank you, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we had a wonderful time here... ❤

A Great Stay”
I cannot rave enough about our stay at the One Farrer Hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms truly clean, bright, and the beds were very comfortable. It is really a serene place to stay and we enjoyed our days there. We loved to return relax during the day for an hour or two before heading back to sightseeing.The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from the Farrer Metro station and a shopping mall as well as other stores are within walking distance. We will definitely return.

we r a couple staying at this hotel and at the same time I had a procedure at farrer park hospital. I decided to stay at this hotel due to the reason that I had a procedure at Farrer park hospital and my wife accompany me during the procedure. Hotel and hospital are in 1 building and from my ward hospital to our hotel room is just less than a minute by changing the lift so it's very convenient. Room and Bath room wise is a decent 4* + standard, they have house keeping everyday, staff are very nice, facilities swimming pool, gym too. I tried the swimming pool and it's very nice, moreover if u r a bug family they actually have a apartment style room too.

Called the hotel a day before and requested for early check-in and was told subject to availability. Arrived slightly earlier then check-in time, and the check-in process was smooth and really fast! Walking distance to many good eateries is an added advantage.

We stayed at Skyline Studio for 3 nights and totally enjoyed ourselves! The check-in was a breeze as the staff allowed for early check-in, we could avoid the peak hour. The room was spacious and we loved the toilet especially! The skyline studio comes with all day lounge access where light refreshments and drinks were provided over breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was a wide selection of alcoholic drinks for the free flow evening cocktails as well. The service from the lounge crew was exceptional, especially Mr Malek! Shout out to him for going the extra mile to know each guest by the name and taking pre-orders the day prior such that we can continue to enjoy prompt service even when the lounge gets crowded. I will really like to compliment Mr Malek for his smile and patience even when it gets busy. Facilities in the hotel were decent, with an olympic sized pool and gym for hotel guests use, and exclusive use of rooftop pool and gym for guests with club benefits. Overall, this stay was definitely worth the bucks!

Love yourself first”
This is will be go-to staycation with my kids when i need some "me-time", birthdays, anniversaries and love myself time. YJ (reception staff) was so accommodating and upgraded me and my daughter to the Skyline room. Its the best day ever. Best breakfast, best pool at the 18th floor with great view of the skies and staff were so friendly. The birthday cakes at the hotel lobby are so freaking good and not sweet delicious. I can go for hours on this review cos I'm so fully charged after my stay and I will come again. This is your stay-cay during this Pandemic

The hotel is new, the room is big, luxurious and comfortable. I would give this hotel 10/10 for their amazing hospitality. Their staff are really amazing as their service attitude are really up to standards. The amenities in the room are great as well, they provided a lot more than a regular hotel would usually provide such as mouth wash and body scrub! I would also like to give credit to their shampoo!! It is not like a normal typical shampoo provided by hotels, it is suitable for dry and frizzy hair like mine! This hotel just feels like a home away from home. It is located 100m away from Farrer Park mrt station and have many supper spots nearby! I really loved this hotel and WILL definitely be back again.

Located on 15th storey. Outstanding view, very clean, very comfortable and all staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr Malik who is very accommodating, professional, fast and very engaging with hotel guests at the private lounge. Hotel is very conveniently located near train station, City Square Mall, Mustafa Center and plenty of nearby eateries. Hotel is complete with gym and 2 different levels of swimming pools. No regrets.

Check in was fast. 4 counters were open. Granted an early check in and and a free upgrade! Thank you. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming. Good job. Room was clean and full amenities were given out. Wifi was fast and housekeeping was great. The pool was big but i couldn’t find any towel at night. Gym was kind of small but it was 24hrs which was amazing. Location was excellent. You can get to the nearest mrt via a sheltered walkway and a underground tunnel. Recommended stay.
