The hotel's staff were exceptional and friendly. The facilities were good, and the cleanliness of the property was great. The location was convenient, and the view from the room was awesome at night. The bathroom was well-maintained and the quality of sleep was excellent. Only feedback is the lights along the corridors to the rooms were slightly darker then normal and the corridor needed some ventilation. Had a slight musty smell as there was no air circulation probably due to the hotel going green and not running the AC.

Perfect location to all food choices. Pleasant and helpful staff. I had a minor accident hurting my knees and face the day before i need to fly out of Malaysia. the staff, got me a sarong as I don't have any short pants with me, drove me to a nearby clinic for treatment and to an optical shop to replace my glasses. Thank goodness for their proactiveness I didn't need to worry where to seek help as a solo traveller foreign to Bayan Baru. Thank you Mr Goh for your empathy and professionalism. The Optical shop, Zen Vision near the hotel was also very helpful as got my glasses replaced same day, delivered it to the hotel when it was ready. Although it wasn't to my multifocal prescription but a good single vision to get me by. Overall I am very grateful to the team of front office and customer service at Olive Tree. The team of staff at their restaurants need better customer service training.

We were there for an exhibition and this is very convenient to Setia SPICE. Also, Sunshine Square is walking distance. Lot of restaurants and food options around. The room was in excellent condition. And they clean every day and do it properly. Breakfast was very good and had plenty of choice. Only a few things were changed, but it's tasty, and the service is also excellent. Front office and reception is also very professional and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel from 14-6-2025 until 15-6-2025. It was a pleasant stay as the hotel room is clean and neat. The location is good and convenient for those who has function to attend in Spice Arena. Spice Arena is just opposite the hotel and 10 mins walk to the convention centre. I would like to thank the Olive Tree room cleaner and the receptionist staff helping me to find back my purse. I was accidentally left my purse in my room and I didn't aware of it until the receptionist called me. I appreciate their honesty and helps. Thank you very much.
