"The facilities I had were the tea/coffee service in the room and the toiletries provided which were adequate for me. I booked Quest Chatswood because it was near the business offices I wanted to visit and walking distance to the mall. I felt safe with the security of the property. Perhaps it would help if there's a map on the website to help guests get to the property directly from Chatswood train station. It's only a walk along the mall (Victoria Avenue), Archer Street and Albert Avenue BUT Google map brought me on a merry-go-round route."

"Upon checking in we had a problem because the hotel had not received the agoda confirmation information and neither had we (booking had been made 3 hours earlier) The receptionist went to a lot of trouble to call Agoda direct so I could speak with a client agent. I was davised by teh client agent that there was a glitch in their system and she would send a new voucher within 15 minutes. She did, and the old voucher also arrived 5 minutes later. Overall, however, this meant that I wasted one hour at reception trying to check in. Stay was pleasant - neat and clean for somewhere so low priced on the north shore. "
