This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to customer service. The team at the hotel received us very well. I just couldn’t have asked for more. It was me & my wife who were their guests and they were generous enough to upgrade us to the best room they have since it was our anniversary. The room service was excellent as well. The staff were very supportive who were lead by Dolly (I believe she is the manager) and she endured our stay was better than what we could have imagined. We were treated with a bottle of wine and a nice cake in our room as well. Dolly ensured either she or her staff were fully enabled to make my experience the best. Priya from Sales too ensured our breakfast was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Dolly & Priya. Much appreciated.

The staff performance was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Very quick responses and when I had a problem they solved it with the kind of professionalism I rarely see in India. Breakfast included in the room rate was almost worth half the cost of the room itself. Room was not very spacious but the bed was very comfortable and even the aircon was easy to adjust to get a good nights rest. Toilet was clean and equipped with the best shower and bath accessories - no bathtub (but I rarely use one in hotels due to hygiene issues) All in all a fantastic experience. Will always stay here if in Bangalore. Hope nothing changes - whoever is managing the staff and the hotel is doing a great job! Eric

Location: This is an excellent palace hotel in Bangalore located in the midst of the city. Check-in: Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Rooms are quite expensive. Staff & Service: Service by staff at restaurant and at reception could be improved and they appeared to be little indifferent and rude to normal guests booking the hotel from many hotel websites at discounted rates. Could clearly see them honoring guests who booked with them directly. Food: The breakfast buffet served was excellent exceeding our expectations. Rooms: Rooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good beds. Washrooms: Washrooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good toiletries and towels. Checkout: No hassles but they were not keen on providing any checkout invoices. Ambiance: I liked the ambiance of the palace hotel, the rooms and the passage ways.

My stay was really good. Hotel rooms are well-arranged and clean. Hotel staff is also very friendly. I could experience nice Indian cuisines for my breakfast and dinner, and it was a great experience for me. If someone coming for a business purpose or a training in Embassy Golf Link, this place is highly recommended and this is the best place they can pick as it is away from 3-5 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is located literally 10-15 feet away from the Manipal Hospital (HAL Airport Rd.) and this therefore ideal for people who come for medical purposes at the Hospital. Rooms are clean. Room service is prompt and courteous. Reception staff are very friendly - Asif and Sayeed went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. Hotel doesnt have a travel desk but reception staff has a reliable contact for service providers who arrange money exchange, SIM cards and travel logistics (we needed a 4AM transfer to Airport and it was arranged very well). We highly recommend the Arabian restaurant Zaitoon which is nearby.

It was good.There was a error in our booking.I booked a suite with breakfast.when we got to the hotel we found that our room did not include breakfast.our address,email was all wrong.we are from South Africa,but the form stated that we were from Bangkok.this mistake was made by Agoda. The staff sorted everything out.From the second morning we got our complimentary breakfast and was even offered a room,free of charge so that we could check out late.

It was a pleasant stay in Novotel Bangalore for more than 10 days. We were greeted by friendly staff and their service was commendable. My room was always being cleaned and replenished by toiletries on a daily basis. My negative feedback would be their hotel transport service from hotel going to the office which they charged us for 700 rupees considering the short distance of the office from hotel. Since my stay was a business trip reservation in their premier suite room, a free hotel transport service for the whole duration would help to improve their service better regardless it was booked through agoda. Another thing that bothered me was the big mosquitoes outside the hotel where the guests wait for their booked cab. However, the hotel still tried to reduce the mosquitoes by its daily fumigation. Overall experience was nice and comfortable. Food are little bit pricey compared with other 5 star hotel though.

This hotel is located in a very central location in Indira Nagar. It is perfect for shopping or going out as the area has plety of restaurants and shops (if you are new to Bangalore, this is one of the prime locations of the city, one of the best I believe) The room design is quite basic, but you get good value for money. The wifi was good, the room was peaceful and parking was also available - all points that add value for a business traveler. Overall this was a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to book a room here again.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in July 2018. This hotel has good staff, and they are truly professional. Rest all average. Rooms are very basic, breakfast is not good (in terms of choice of food), average facilities in room. One plus is onsite laundry service which is good. Don't get fooled by photos of this property that you may see in some travel portals or in their official web site. They are nowhere near reality.

I booked a deluxe room for an overnight stay of 4 hrs because I he to catch a flight early morning. The place was clean but small. The bed was comfortable . The toilet flush wasn't working and I had to struggle to make it work in the middle of the night. The worst part is something which should be essential in every hotel is sound proof. I was able to hear all noises nearby including the people in the hall way. It was very difficult to sleep. I did not stay long enough to assess other things . But based on sleep quality alone I would reject it

I booked a Club room(which is their premium room) which was supposed to have much larger space but it is misleading as they include the balcony space and the actual room is the same size(which is pretty small). The view or balcony is nothing to enjoy. Basic facilities like Iron/Ironing board, Refrigerator etc. are not provided! Besides that, they try to charge you for everything(like extra cutlery, wine glasses) etc! Most disappointing was the cable TV service is very basic and doesn't include CNN/CNBC or any other regional language options. I offered to pay extra for it but they had no way of supporting it! During office hours, it is extremely difficult to get into hotel if you come from the opposite side. You will have to snake your way into the exit entrance and get into the hotel! Find it disconcerting....perhaps they should revers the exit and entry gates(gave that as a feedback!). Staff is friendly, food options are good.

The hotel is quite far away from Bangalore airport but it was convenient for my business trip - 15 minutes from the office. The staff are brilliant and helped with all of my travel arrangements. The restaurants at the hotel are great and I had a lovely dinner one evening in the roof top steak house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of choice for room service and spa treatments. There is a pool also on the roof. Really good trip.

The hotel is close to the Diamond District and to all of the restaurants on 100 Feet Road. The hallways seem a little dismal, but the rooms are pleasantly appointed with nice bathrooms and bedding. The cost was reasonable, and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a typical south Indian breakfast spread, and better than expected (if not quite up to the standards of the darshinis down the street).

My Fiancé & I have been regular customers of Mak Hotel for the past three years now, with our first stay here being the best expirence we’ve had, We are sad to say that over the years, it has definitely gotten worse in every way, with our latest stay here being absolutely appalling. We we’re treated & spoken to horribly by the manager & the security guard. The room we were given at the start was faulty, with the refrigerator & the hot water not working, when we called the reception to address the issues, the security guard came upstairs, mocked us, laughed & left without fixing or doing anything to help us, espically seeing as we desperately needed a shower. They claim to be have free unlimited WiFi but in reality they limit you to 1 GB/day of very slow WiFi which is inclulisive of all your devices. & Not to mention the cockroaches by your bedside. All in all The room service team did a good job, was kind (one boy in particular) but the security guard & the manager should be ashamed.

A good and always busy hotel (Udupi Park) in the ground floor. Very convenient. And the best hotel in the area.(Comparatively) And it was very convenient for me as I had to visit Manipal Hospital everyday. Room was clean but had a very pungent smell. A mix of cigarettes and alcohol . -Mosquito's enter the room through bathroom window . -Bedroom window didn't have a lock. It was broken. When tightly shut, most of the traffic and other sounds get muffled. Since it was broken, too much of noise. The location also was a busy one . -The sound of steel chairs and tables moving in the hotel below(Udupi Park) can be heard at around 11 PM. Very annoying and screeching noise. Can't sleep at all .

I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bangalore. This property is closed to Manipal hospital and well situated where ola cabs and Uber can pick u up at the location to travel nearby locations. The place is clean and well maintained. The employees are fully trained and spoken English is perfect. The manager and the reception staffs are guest friendly. Specially the manager will help u out on anything u want from sightseeing locations and what ever u need. I love the place and this has been the best stay I have ever found during my 5 visits to Bangalore. The place is 2 mins walk to manipal hospital. 20 mins ola cab ride to famous shopping areas such as commercial street and brigade road. Food delivery restaurants suggested by hotel is exceptional and u can expect 20-30 mins delivery to your favorite lunch or dinner to be at ur doorstep.

We enjoyed the privacy, promptness of service, and great location. The rooms were a bit old, outdated. The room was clean, but for a "business" hotel, it was a bit grungy. Lots of space in each room: a sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom all included in the basic suite. VERY, VERY good for the price. Location next to many shops, restaurants, and a big mall with supermarket.

I stayed at Tri-star for about a month. The apartment located at a busy street in Bangalore, where you can get a taste from lots of local restaurants. The staff at front desk was very helpful in check-in and helped me book a taxi as I took a late flight. The 2-bedroom itself is spacious. It would be a five-star choice if rooms get reburbished: walls and devicecs are getting a bit too old.

this is a simple and small hotel that is best suited for people who are looking for a good place at a low price. the rooms are clean and the layout of the hotel is nice and well designed. many of the rooms have a shared kitchen and seating area between the rooms, so if you want total privacy ask for the individual or studio room. the staff were very nice and helpful. i will stay here again if i travel to bangalore. it is a little hard to find because it is not well known, but a very short walk to a main road where you can get taxi's and public transport to many areas. there are not many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity, but a short auto ride away are many nice places.
