The hotel has a modern industrial concept with wooden flooring and is still very new, so it's comfortable. I got a twin bed even though I was with my husband, but it turned out that the bed was big enough even though it was a twin. The AC was great, the amenities were complete, but there was no tea provided. There was a fridge and a safe, and a jet spray for the toilet. The shower was a direct one, but there was also a tap type which made it easy for ablution. The electric kettle was new, so it was easy to use. There were two pillows per bed, and they were soft enough. The breakfast was okay, with good taste and not bland. There were herbal drinks, boiled snacks, chips, soto, nasi uduk, etc. There were also traditional snacks, but unfortunately, they were kept in the fridge, so they were still cold and damp. The putu ayu's coconut part was hard. Unfortunately, the parking lot was not spacious enough. Additionally, it would be better to have an automatic air freshener in the hallway because staying on the 5th floor smelled like raw eggs, a bit fishy, even though the hallway was carpeted.

The team is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast selection is extensive.
